The only thing i can think of that may be off is the bottom half of the legs may need to be a tad longer. Everything else is right on from what I can tell.

The right (his right) shoulder pad appears to be in front of the chest piece, when, I think, the chest piece should be in front of that shoulder.
lines are nice and show 3d curving. Are you planning on adding any shading? That woudl help the 3d illusion a lot.

I'm not considering more shading at the moment, but that's mainly because I suck at it and need to develope it a bit more.

I like the cartoon look of it and the boldness of the red. The eyes look like they are a pale light gray and I am a sucker for gray eyes.
I am still amazed by the talent in this community. I never would have noticed the bottom part of the legs were short and the cape needs more folds. I would have just figured he had short legs and no wind heh. There's a reason why stick figures are about as close to being an artist as I will ever get *sigh*.

By stick figures, I mean real stick figures (my avatar) not those crazy amazing stick figures that are in the other thread disguised as "stick figures".

I agree.....this community is overflowing with talent. This community has even inspired me into getting back into it.
As for your art Z, I think its a great piece. Im not going to critique your art but I will just say that practice makes perfect. Keep up the good work.

His eyes are actually a result of powers and he doesn't actually have any pupils, just sort of a grey circle where his iris and pupil would be
