Personally I would go with something a little more villian looking....but its good.
Good choice of colors with off white and a light/icey blue but if you are going to use wings in the costume.....
I would go a a SOUL REAVER type look....just throw in the color scheme and maybe the head peace that covers up the bottom half of the face and neck.

since it's on my second account, won't have regular angel wings for another 7 months ::sad panda::
can't really settle on what to do for the bottom half of the characters.
tryin to think of a new costume for my Mind/Ice Dominator, Winter's Soul. Tryin' to put a lot of thought into it...probably too much, but I'm drawing a blank like halfway through...
She's supposed to be the personification of Winter itself and global warming is making her cranky
