Eh? Which Optimus Primes?
About the costume, if you don't mind being a bit or "free interpretation" and having a chin-piece, perhaps using the Enforcer mandible (and possibly helm)?
Or maybe use one of the Medieval Helm options and make an "armored" or "visored" Megatron; don't think there's any hat/helm/etc that mirrors his blocky helm well enough.
You might be able to get some fairly decent results if you go Animated Megatron instead tho.
That Optimus is a heck of a lot better than I thought it would be. Well done.

About the helm, yeah, the Roman ones might work (give them a shot when the open beta starts).

Ah yes. G1 inspired. Those turned out a lot better then I would have expected O_o damn nice job!
I actually have a bumblebee(new version) inspired costume. The body is hard to do but I got the head sculpt nearly perfect

I know someone that's infatuated with Optimus Prime. His char isn't actually based off of Transformers, but it's an alternate costume. Sort of like his character is dressing up as Optimus for a comic-con.
I'm secretly making a nemesis character to fight against him; obviously, Megatron's costume is fitting. Unfortunately, although I'm able to create a fairly good Optimus, I'm stumped on coming up with a good Meggie.
I'd like to see what others can come up with.
