Paragon Wiki's Civic Squad and Paragon Heroes section should have most of the stuff you're looking for.
Sadly, the CS images are half-broken, but you can probably just flashback to the 'poison food' mission from Phipps with a team of 8 and get the shots there.

Yeah, that list is all the heroes who didn't have pics on ParagonWiki. Also, I don't have a villain high enough to do Westin Phipps missions yet.
Polar Shift - Not exactly a very clear picture of her, but a picture none the less, and a demonstration of at least one of her powers.

Anyone else have some shots of the rest of the Civic Squad? The links on ParagonWiki aren't working properly.
And that makes me sad. 
You should try a demoedit. Find the names of the characters as the game recognizes them, then sub them in for either your toon or another NPC.
My computer gave up the ghost and I'm on my old one, so I can't do it for you.

I see, excellent results there. I was hoping for individual photos that were a little clearer, but at least I know now what each of these heroes looks like.
My plan is to put all of those under-used one-mission hero NPCs into a few Player Generated Missions for villains to take down. For all those vilains who are tired of fighting Arachnos, Hellions, and Snakes, let's line up the heroes and take our shots at them!

I I noticed one hero, who's listed on ParagonWiki as belonging to Longbow, was missing from the Codex. The hero's name is Shockstorm.
Also, there were two models there who I couldn't find any information about on ParagonWiki, so I don't know what faction they belong to.
Salvo and Giga Watts. Anybody have more information about these mysterious suspects?
I remember the name Shockstorm, he's a Longbow boss on Operative Renault's Strike Force. I can't remember what he looks like though, as the main thing I remember from that SF is the Eye and all the coralax.
If you can manage to find a group that wants to run that SF, you can always demorecord on that one mish that Shockstorm is in then demoedit to find out the model name.

I uploaded images for the rest of the Civic Squad to the wiki. The thumbs in the actual Civic Squad entry are small just because the text blocks are short. Somebody needs to write up the descriptions for 'em. 
Thanks for the Shockstorm head's up. I only manage to squeeze in a couple TF/SFs a year, so no surprise I'm missing a few of those. His model name is "Model_Shockstorm". I'll get him added to the Codex.
I don't remember where I got Salvo and Giga Watts from off the top of my head, but I'll look through my demo archives and see if I've still got the files I pulled them from.

The wiki needs people like you. And obsessive people who check out the wiki daily (like me) also need people like you.
Hopefully this will work, but I've tried to convert my hero list so far into a website. I don't think it will work, so let me know if it's working for anyone.

I was wondering if anyone had screenshots of the following heroes. I'm trying to compile a list of all NPC heroes for possible use in a Player-Made Mission. I'm compiling a list and my O.C.D. requires me to have as much information about each hero as possible.
