OO neat, he looks very Lovecraftian. But GO LINELESS!!! XD It's a crying shame that a nice sketch gets done on notebook paper. 
And that costume is great! What are his powersets?
Actually, in this case there wasn't any printer paper around when I started it as buses are't exactly known to carry it.

Probably, but I'm soooooo lazy it's just easier to draw on lineless paper.
I drew this today based on my toon: Hatchet Fish ( I don't really like him, but I like the concept). It's not exactly finished, and it probably never will be, but I'm rather happy with it. The hands could use some work, though.
