Costume Parts for a Charater rfom England

So I started a new charater with the coming of dual blades. He's based off of an old RPG character I had. His name is Red Kite, which is a bird of prey from England, but he's also a very "patrioc" person. So I want to try and make his 2nd costume look as much as possible like the Union Jack. A very English looking character, his 1st costume is the white and red cross of the English flag but the 2nd I want to try to make it look like a Union Jack inspired costume. Anyone have any sugestions for parts list or screen shots to help me get the right look. Thank you in advance for the help!

This was one of the designs I'd done for the Nobleman: Costume.

That's pretty much what I came up with when trying to make a union jack for this thread, except the bandoleer was red and the cross was white.

That's similar to the direction I thought of, too. Not so many ways to skin this cat, apparently.
