Well it means that this particular Cintiq product contains higher levels of either/or a combination of the following hazardous/toxic materials: lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls, and/or polybrominated diphenyl.
So, really, I wouldn't want to work with one of these. The older models compiled with regulations. I'm not really sure WHY this one doesn't.
Since when did toxic materials ever hurt anyone? Last I remember they give you super powers. I have wanted a Cintiq since I saw one. They are really cool.

Because it's over 2 grand is a big why. I plan on getting one too, but when I save up a lot more money than what it costs. That way I offset the cost... sort of. I will feel guilty when I buy it. At least until it is in my hands.
