There is one, but it's in Korean, and doesn't have all the costume pieces available. There are patches to it, but they don't always work. I wouldn't suggest right-clicking to download, and I wouldn't suggest using it, cause.. well it kinda stinks. And it's over 200mb.

No, that's the only one. It was quite helpful two years ago, since you could add capes and auras and then run the character through a bunch of emotes, but with all the new costume pieces, it's just not as useful.

Persoanlly, id just say to log in, unfortunately not gunna be able to add capes and auras, but you can make the concept for a char and, if you have a good imagination and a char at least to 30, you know what all the capes and auras look like.
Well we all know the character creation in cox is awsome and looking at the fan art and screenshot section of the forums inspired me to make some new costumes for my charcters.
I was wondering if there a program i could use that is like the cox character creation tool. But i could use it without getting on coh. Like an outside programm to make costumes ?
