Well we all know the character creation in cox is awsome and looking at the fan art and screenshot section of the forums inspired me to make some new costumes for my charcters.

I was wondering if there a program i could use that is like the cox character creation tool. But i could use it without getting on coh. Like an outside programm to make costumes ?
