Well...im not as good as making costumes, but I suggest maybe something that reflects back to his Longbow career? Maybe the shoulder pads or the Stealth chest detail/belt? And I see you like the badass look :P. Maybe try to implement Longbow and badass in one?

I was thinking along the same lines. Go with a tights look. Because he's a Merc, I'm going to do something I don't normally do. I recommend dark colors, and worse, only 2 of them. Though, stay away from black and grey if you can. I think a REALLY dark blue primary and a middle of the road green might look good. Try to go with a chest and legs pattern that reflect Longbow. I think the Fat Stripe 2 would be good for that, but you should play with it for a while too. Stealth chest piece and belt in a single color that offsets it from the tights colors. I try to stick with browns for any pouch style gear. Either folded or flared gloves and boots in a solid color, whichever of the two colors you picked ends up looking the best.

Wrong side of the tracks in Kings Row, he needs to keep some attribute of that (skulls/hellions ----They are waging war on each other there) group that he belonged too as a young punk teenager in high school. A longbow may have saved his [censored] when he realized that his buddies in the skulls or hellions left him high and dry to take the fall.

Bio: Frank Lyons was a shy kid born on the wrong side of the tracks. After Graduation from Kings Row High,Frank enlisted with Longbow. Longbow's psychological and genetic testing indicated he would be perfect for the most dangerous role of all: "Spines Scrapper". The process for becoming a scrapper unlocked Frank's more aggressive tendencies. Finished with LongBow, Frank has come to Paragon, as a freelance hero for hire.
