Well, IOs are plannable (but I don't recommend saving them, stupid bugs 
), but they do no show any number changes (just like the rest of my data, the numbers just currently don't exist)
The new build actually shows slotting effects for SOs, HOs, IOs, and IO sets. 
I have a char builder, but in a word, it sucks. What builder is the preferred amongst you veterans?
