Paladin-esq Character Creation help?

I am creating an alt Hero. And one Villain. Their back stories are going to be that they are brothers, twins, yet one has chosen to follow his greed while the other has decided to take the higher moral path. They have been ported to Paragon city after they were engaged in a heated battle with each other.

I want both of them to be wearing knight-like armor, but I am so used to created "hero" costumes that I am drawing a blank with their costumes.

I want the good brother to have a white/goldish armor yet the brother to have a black/redish armor.

If anyone has any good screens of a good character concept or a quick sketch, that would be very helpful.

I know that there arent that many choices for armorish type characters, but maybe someone here has found some good pattern combos that match well with the midevil sets?

Thank you in advance.

Well I don't have any screenshots at work, but I can give you a small recommendation. Don't use just the medieval armor sets with no other pieces. Mix and match the various armors and see what looks best to you. Check the internet for pictures of armored combantents and use them to get an idea of what you like.

Also, I tend to use the blend theme alot on armor peices. If it doesn't look quite right, try switching the main and secondary colors of your blend. That might turn out better.

Well, for one here's my own paladin Kala Dawnslight in her Winged Plate Mail of Invulnerability +5 which I designed using the Medival torso cover with what I think are normal Armored legs. The boots, hard to see as they are, are either one of the tech boot options or possibly even chitin, I'd have to check.

If you've sprung for the Good vs. Evil edition upgrade (and really, why wouldn't you?) the Justice and Sinister pieces are great for nonspecific but cool looking costumes, especially when you mix and match between the two

Your character looks cool . Once I get the Vet Rewards for Wings (lol like in 4 months) I will probably incorporate the Angel and Demon wings into their back story for an "evolved" form for both of them.

I just wish the Broadsword in this game was a 2-handed one or that we had shields. But ehh......guess we'll have to wait on those

This might be more tech than you were looking for, hope you like it. Just swap the pallette out for the brother. Whit to grey, grey to black, and gold to red.

Paladin!

Ohh, now that is the look that I am looking for Powerforge!. I'll probably have to use the "Armor" chest and legs settings, but that is almost a spitting image of what I had in mind.

Haha glad to hear it! I might suggest going with the "metallic" chest and legs first just to keep the lines smooth, that will add a bit more of an armor look to the design. But whatever you decide I'm glad you liked it.

That one also looks nice Green, I like the Winged Boots look on him also, very nice touch.

Haha! Your right! Very similar concept to be sure, however from what I can see the only real similarity is the cross pattern on the top and the bottom. All the other pieces are different. Just the idea of a holy-type warrior really screams cross design to both of us I guess.

That small cross as a broach is really a sweet touch also.
