starting to draw super hero art?
Grab a magazine or book or comic with human figures doing dynamic stuff, put it in some good light with a light piece of paper and start tracing.
You won't get great results at first, but it will be far from a total loss, and all the while you'll start picking up an instinct for basics of anatomy and form. Once you get enough of an instinct for a drawing groove, pick up some basic books that talk about concepts like deconstructing subjects into basic forms (spheres, cubes, rods, etc.), perspective, light and shadow, and so on. Keep applying the new concepts as you develop your instincts further.
So long as you can stay motivated as your talent and technique slowly builds this way, you should get somewhere pretty cool with it.
Paper and pencil and whatever inspires you to draw. And I suggest 'copying' not tracing. Look at the image for reference.
Don't erase your mistake lines, leave them there so when you make your correction it is more obvious to you and you are more likely to remember which is more pleasing to the eye.

lol the reason I'm asking is because I am literally as green as you can be when it comes to drawing...I can even draw straws:P
Grab a pencil and a pad of paper. If you are as "green" as you say you are, definitely start with the basics. Human anatomy, surface lighting, and volume.
The hardest step is starting. Can you do stick figures? Draw a stick figure, then try adding circles and ovals to the stick segments in order to make muscles. If you work at it, you can improve in front of your eyes. Always keep experimenting.
In less than a year, I went from this to this.
Good luck!
Over on the MMOArt forums, there's a thread:
"how to begin?"

There were some other one's here, recently (few weeks?) with lots of good suggestions, books, sites, etc....

Also, try copying people's art that you like (but whatever you do, if you show it online CITE THE ORIGINAL ARTIST), I find this is a great was for absolute beginners to get some of the basics down before moving onto creating your own drawings from scratch.

I would actually stay away, as far away as possible, from comic book art if you're trying to learn anatomy, lighting, basically everything.
Start with the real thing.
Beyond lots of bad comic book anatomy, it's better to learn from real life and then shape what you learn into a comic style you enjoy.
I LOVE comic art, but it's not a place to learn from when you're just starting out.
Andrew Loomis was the king of life drawing, you can find all his anatomical books on the net for free!

wow thanks for all the advice I'll have to get started It's nice tho cause my lil bros an absolute genius when it comes to drawing stuff.
There ya go - its in the blood!
Enjoy the journey! Expect some frustration, but DO NOT let it ever deter you! The joys of art are boundless.
Also remember, no matter how good you get, it'll probably look terrible to you (and most likely only you), if not instantly than a week later... don't worry, this is a normal part of being an artist
whats the best program/kit when your just starting to draw your hero?
