Veteran Heroes are better.....((Open RP))

Henry Scorch (AKA The Scorcher) enters the door to Veterans Frenzy's base. He had been a Hellion who found that they were villians after they kidnapped his sister. He fought along side Freedom Phalanax in the Rikti War acting as a elite commando. But did he ever get mentioned as a hero. If he was'nt there, Statesman would of died. A giant laser was about to hit Statesman when Henry ran in and saved him. He had come to the Veterans Frenzy to be reconized as a hero. He walks up to the butler. "Good day sir." Says the butler. "You shall be meeting with master Steel soon." He says to Henry. "Until then, make your self at home."

Henry makes his way around the base. "This is nice." He thinks. He sits down on a sofa and starts looking at a book laid out on the table. It says in it that there is a section of Longbow that works as a mercenary group for Arachnos. "How could they betray us like this!" He yells jumping up. Longbow were the ones who inspired him to use his powers for good. "Just like Freedom Phalanax." He thinks.
"How many are here now Sawyer?" Jacob questions."Just one," Sawyer answers. Jacob wants to make a cool entrance with at least some heroes in the manor, but he didn't want to keep the first person waiting either.
By the way, hers some info on Sawyer.
Sawyer: The butler of Jacob for many years.He is a very wise man that seems to know what people are going through and how they feel. He seems to know all the answers... but he doesn't have any sort of power.
The Reaver steps through the door followed by a floating duffle bag. He motions at the floor and the bag drops. A pair of sunglasses float out of his trench coatpocket and slide on to his face. Reaver was an Allied combat engineer during WW2 were his his body was mutated in an accident that cost him his eye sight. However he gained telekinetic power that allows him to sense and alter his surrounding. The accident also altered his aging process, he only looks 23 despite being 87 years old. Shortly after that he joined the Freedom Phalanx. He disappeared during the Rikiti War, thought to have been killed in action.

Bramor walked into the door, a butler came up to him and said,"Right this way, the other guests are in the living room."
"Thank you." he said politely,
Bramor walked into the living room and saw others talking, he took his long black trench coat, held it open for a moment ajusted somthing on his belt and walked in.
"Good evening everyone." he began, "What are the current matters of disscusion?"
Reaver motions the duffle bag back up to about waist hieght and walks into the living room. He senses one person in the room. He has elivated body heat.

Isn't telekinesis about moving physical objects with the power of the mind? Perhaps you meant Telepathic shielding, or Teletext blocking?
...Okay, that last one is just a pun.))
William Broker walked hesitantly into the base and looked around. Unstable Ion, Broker's hero name, had been a field commander during the Rikti War.
His case was a special one, as he had actually earned his powers through a freak accident inside a Crey laboratory. With a fellow scientist, Broker had been working on a chemcial for Crey Industries that would unlock special abilities inside of humans; it was essentially an attempt at a super soldier serum. When the Rikti attacked, they destroyed the lab he had been working in and, in the process, the chemical had splashed on him. When he awoke inside the rubble, he found that he could manipulate radiation and energy. The scientist he had been working with, Adam Parr, was nowhere to be found.
Since the Rikti War, Will had been heroing off and on, as he had a family to take care of. He is often seen mentoring young heroes in Atlas Park, though he occasionally ventures to alternate dimensions to combat foes of great power.
Unstable Ion entered the living room, his "headfin" on his head attracting immediate attention from the other occupants of the room. Ion wore the traditional hero outfit of black tights, with white stripes going down the sides. He finished out his attire with a black cape.
Unstable Ion nods towards the others inside the living room and stands near a corner, observing the others.
((Sorry that was so long. I just felt it was needed. This is my first RP thread, so forgive me if I screw something up horribly ))

((Anybody who wants to join while I am with the starting people come on through the front door, Sawyer, the butler, will be there))
Jacob comes down the stairs in front of the main entrance and goes into the living room. "Hello heroes!" Jacob announces."Welcome to my Manor and the base of Veteran Frenzy." "But don't get the wrong idea, the base is right under is underground." "Follow me and I will show you the true base." Jacob guides the heroes to a wall right beside the fire place."Now, what I am about to show you, you must not tell anyone! including heroes, unless they have my permission." he says. Jacob bangs gently on the wall and a piece of the wall that is 5 feet wide from the top to bottom. The peice of the wall goes back and slides to the right showing a elevator. Jacob and the group goes in and the elevator goes down, the peice of the wall shuts back up.
The elevator opens up this time underground. ((Like the X-Men base)) There is 4 hallways meeting in the middle with a sign that looks like a VF with a circle around it and the elevatoron a corner where the halls meet. "Now this is the True Base of Veteran Frenzy!" Jacob excitingly says.
Reaver tiltes his head to the side and says " I am sure it looks great... ".
Unstable Ion glances around the underground base, an indifferent look upon his face. Few things truly get to Ion. This quality often causes those he interacts with to believe that he is either slow or incredibly arrogant. It is neither; Ion has merely been through so many different situations that very few things are new to him.
He silently follows the group through the halls, memorizing the floor plan, just in case it is needed later.
Unstable Ion-Level 50 Kinetics/Radiation defender, Guardian.

Bramor just looked around,"Quite nice, so what are we going to discuss in our first meeting?"
"Good question!" Jacob replies, "You see... if there is trouble on the streets, an alarm will go off in the street, but when we do bigger missions... we create a strategy ourselves."
"As soon as a alarm goes off feel free to go into our strategy room." Jacobs leads the men into the strategy room. it's a circular room with a tsble looking object in the middle. It shows a holigram that can show the world, the place we go for missions, the city, and the part of the city. Behind the holigram is a huge screen with a computer on the bottom.
"Very nice." Henry says as he enters the room. He looks around at the technology surrounding him. "Amazing how people can make stuff like this." He thinks.
" What if we cant exactly see were the alarm is" asks Reaver.
"I know about Longbow." Henry says to Jacob. Jacob turns around surprised of how Henry knew. "It's simply awful that a hero had to learn that." Jacob says. Henry simply nods and walks to the rest of the group.

There are new generation of heroes that may be going hot on there work....but legends never die.....but for Invincible, a legendary hero also known as Jacob Steel, it did.
Invincible was a big part in the Rikti Invasion. He was with Statesman and the Freedom Phalanx on a big mission that would end the invasion, Invincible nearly gave his life to save the Freedom Phalanx, but who gets ALL the credit? Statesman and the Freedom Phalanx.Also with the Council? Freedom Phalanx, the Freakshow? Freedom Phalanx, Clockwork? Freedom Phalanx, and defending Recluse? You guessed right, Freedom Phalanx. Invincible took part in all those thing but never gets any credit, and he's been working on defending Paragon longer than Freedom Phalanx. Till one day he created a group called Veteran Frenzy that let Veterans that never got any credit and become known and respected again.
" I sure do hope some will join me.." says Jacob. "Well if no one doesn't then maybe you can find some way to persuade them too." says Sawyer, the butler of Jacob. Then the door opens.
((And whoever joins in next will be the person coming in through the door. And the base of Veteran Fenzy is undground, right under the Steel Manor. By the way, Invincible is a Super Strengt/Invulnerability Tanker.))
