I'm actually in the process of setting up a paypal account to do commissions. I should be making a formal announcement on the boards and setting up a que pretty soon.
The stuff I do for free is usually for friends, other artists that have given a lot to the community, people with characters that are visually interesting to me, good ideas that distract me, etc. Needless to say I'm buried right now and have several outstanding pieces that I owe people. Best I can tell you right now is keep your eye out for my commission post.
