No idea what what you posted is.
In Menu-Options-Keymapping - Look for where the screenshot section is (by the bottom, IIRC) and one of the abilities there (but unmapped) is to set a key to toggle the GUI showing up in screenshots.
Note, there is also one to toggle the GUI as well - different option though.

Also, I found this while I was searching for the slash command to let the UI into my screenshots, instead of automatically disappearing. I couldn't find it and since I'm posting this anyway I thought I'd go ahead and ask...
