But it is in the biggest building in the middle of the city map. Click the front door, its pretty easy to find, but you are right, its not on map. Also, try website vidiots.com for futher assistance.
As was said, the tallest building on the island.
PS black text is almost never a good idea unless the forum defaults are a white background.

The Registrar is in a really tall skyscraper in the Marconeville section, with Arachnos banners on it and a big reflecting-pool by the front door.
Why it's not on the map, I have NO idea.
I always use the Marconeville marker to get me to that building. This has the advantage of showing up regardless of how much of PO you have explored.
One more tip is that it's inside a building lobby.
It's not how many times you get knocked down that count. It's how many times you get up.

According to everything I've read, the registrar for Cov Supergroups is in Port of Oakes...somewhere. I've looked for hours and hours and tried check the boards, but I can't find the exact location. The registrar doesn't show up on the map, either. This has probably been answered before, but I couldn't find the answer. I want to create a new villian super group and create a lair, but I need to find the registrar first. Please Help!
