Haw. I do take commissions, and I try not to charge too much because I, too, am a poor poor slob. You can shoot me an e-mail if you want to discuss it, the contact link there should be working. I can do a few requests also, but I've gotta limit those to pretty simple sketches (unless I really dig the character's look!) to make sure I have enough time to do the paying work.
ooo I'd like to request a pic and if it's payment you seek I am a inker/colorist
I'd be up for a collab, sure! Drop me an e-mail and we can brainstorm something.
will do hrmm...perhaps a duo shot with both our main toons...
*Ponders*
I like your art. I like your sense of humor more. You are truly geektastic. And from me, that's saying something. I'm the most geektastic geek that ever geeked a geek. Geekily. Sadly, I'm one of those poor unfortunate slobs that can't afford a commission, but if you ever get bored I never say no to free drawings of Frosty Femme. Perhaps one day I'll be able to repay you in kind.
On another note, how did you like Dragon-Con this year? A couple friends of mine ran the WoW forum and the MMO forum (big bearded guy and cute little redhead chica) and I'd like to know if they were lying about how many people showed up for those forums. hehe
your = Belonging to you.
you're = Contraction meaning "You are."
Ur = The name of an ancient Mesopotamian city.
ur = This is not a word.
Thank you! Just wait 'til I get a photo added to the Bio page - I'm still trying to decide between my original 1977 Star Wars t-shirt or one of my newer ThinkGeek purchases.
Su_Lin and I spent most of Dragon-Con in the gaming panels - we actually hung out with the art director for SpyDock (Galactic Civilizations II) pretty much the entire con, and he and his wife bought us dinner one evening. It was very cool. That said, the con was packed with the usual hordes of our fellow gaming geeks and nerds, and given how full the relatively obscure SpyDock-ran panels were, I doubt they were bluffing.
(Tip for any future DC attendees - inside the mall that attaches to the Hyatt and Mariott, if you go past most of the food court, you will find a Willy's Mexicana Grill. EAT THERE. You're welcome.)
Wow, very nice work! I especially love the "Ani" one, hehe
Well, if your ever looking for some artwork, BAS is in my signature
Welcome to the art boards and enjoy your stay! Oh, and remember to feed teh kitties!
Scarf_Girls Official Kid Brother!
Whoa! Nice stuff.
Heh heh, that's cool!
coool
That is too cute.
So I got a little bored tonight. Maybe. Hopefully, Speedster will be pleased.
I've got a larger version of this one suitable for coloring that I'm about to shoot a link for into your PM box, dude.
It's awsome man I'll be coloring it today send me a color refrence for your toon asap so I can post the finished colors
Whew. RL ate me for a while there, but I'm back, and still drawing. I updated my website this morning with two new bits of CoH art, and there's a handful of other stuff I put up while I was away. Go take a gander!
Welcome back!
Thank you!
Great poses, great work!!!
Welcoem back, I love the expressions on the arm wrestling one!
Thanks!
Just uploaded another new one, after deciding the first background I gave it this morning was going to drive me crazy and ripping it out and replacing it with something more abstract and framing (and boring). I hates when that happens, precious.
Still need some practice, but it's a lot better than some of my earlier attempts at drawing such, I tell you whut.
Hmmm.
It's good, but I thought she was undersized in this picture. Otherwise that's some pretty good stuff.
Well, keep in mind that Dart is tall and Su is quite possibly a midget- stood next to each other, she only comes up to his lower chest.
Now, if you'll excuse me, I must flee before she realizes I called her a midget. AWAY!
I figured I should probably be a good forum-user and venture out of my server's board to make some noises about mein art. Aiming for one's target audience is never a bad thing.
So, howdy folks. I just went on a bit of a binge, so there are a number of new images hot off the scanner cooling off in my gallery that you're welcome to take a gander at.
A lot of the stuff is old and rough, but part of that is just the learning process. I'm getting better with inking pens and the Wacom, so my stuff is becoming a bit more smooth as time goes on - and my growing collection of Burne Hogarth books is also bound to help.
