Oh that is CLASSIC!

I like how the guys by the Faultline entrance are still unnamed NPC_#### too. But that sign. I had never even thought they'd place raw text instead of a unique item on the map like that.

My guess? They "cheated" and made one sign that can be assigned different text - so if they make a new zone, etc. It can change.

Would also, I guess, make it easier to change the sign for events, etc. if they ever did something like reroute the ferries.
