Early Medieval TA Concept
Thats really cool! I love the way the cape drapes over his one shoulder
Scarf_Girls Official Kid Brother!
Nice concept, I was thinking of drawing baby versions of characters but I haven't managed to draw one of my own.
I gots a couple tips for ye:
1. Never ye talk like this, it be creepy. O.o
2. The bigger ye draw, the more detail ye can get. So draw big.
3. The legs should be a bit longer, methinks. That's unless ye be drawing in a baby-ish style type o' thing, as someone be sayin'.
Methinks ye should take heed this advice. Especially the first one.
(I have no clue why I typed it out like that, but you get the idea. >.> That's really good, by the way!! )
Well if TA doesnt yet have a Medieval version of his character, he should. This is a great idea.
Well, since there seems to be an overall positive view towards the concept, I am currently working on a new draft using a more dynamic pose. Maybe I will get a copy of the progress up sometime today.
Okay, here is the concept slightly modified (but nowhere near complete yet) with a much more interesting pose. If I can finish this, I want to put him on horseback, but horses are gonna be a challenge.
I still got that feeling like I am doing some things fundamentally wrong. Critiques more than welcome.
Enjoy:

So I wanted to get back into drawing as a hobby. Seeing as TA currently holds the monopoly on the CoH art department, I figured I'd start with him. This is a very early concept for a medieval version of TA (hence its simplicity). Mostly I want to see how everyone likes the concept. I would like to work on a more dynamic pose.
I am sure there is a lot wrong with it. If anyone has a link to a good guide for drawing human form, I'd really appreciate it.
Anyways, hope you like it:
