I really like Sherks's, but I must say SuckerPunch's seems like a really handy tool too.
Thank you for both of them. However, I can't seem to access Sherk's. I have a feeling that I need to register as a member on his site to access it, and I really don't want to have to do that. Well, at least I have SuckerPunch's.
Mine's not perfect, or as fully featured as Sherk's, but it does have a certain convenience factor
You do not need to register for anything to access Sherksilver's. It is not an online builder, you have to download and install it, but there's no registration. Just follow the link I gave above and download the Builder Setup Package and you're good to go.

I miss the old one. Joe Chott's CoH planner was the bomb. But yeah, Sherk's is the best for installation use. I like SuckerPunch's for when I'm at a net cafe with the guys playing around in CoH or something.
Only problem with Sherk's is that for some odd reason it uses ALOT of graphics power. It takes a long time to start and load characters. I'm pretty sure it's the enhancement pics.
The database for Sherk's builder seems waaaaaaaaay out of date, though; those numbers look like they're from three issues back. Is there a more up to date power database available?
Download Sherksilver's planner, then go to the Configuration and have it update itself. You will then have the more current version - he hasn't updated the download in a while, but the updater is pretty current.

I need to find a CoV builder/planner that I can use right off the bat, without registering at someone's website. Where may I find one? Please post a link if possible.
