I just made this guy and I thought he was cool. Doesn't really meet the requirements, but oh well.
Yeah sorry to be picky it's just not too with him. Maybe if this helps some with the making process, w.e. Preferably dark clothing, with either robes, armor, tights, combo of either, needs to still look stealthy considering he is a stalker.

This is my character, Black Jacket, a Science NB/Regen stalker. Might give you some ideas. There are three pics in that album. His original ninja/thief style costume followed by his updated modern costume and then his even more recent modern with trench coat.

I ran with the concept of a self-trained Natural ninja who uses his skills to blend in with his surroundings, hence the modern attire that could almost pass as streetwear. Because he uses his chi/ki I've kept his clothing fairly unrestrictive and expose plenty of skin so that he is always in touch with his environment. Notice though, as a swordsman he has wisely armoured his arms relying on his natural agility to protect everything else. The various leather straps help him carry and conceal his throwing knives and other weaponry beneath his jacket.

Driven to revenge by his loss. Nintaruta lends his deadly services to the highest bidder. Seeing his favorite teddybear go up in flames because of a errant misfire from Flashfire, has embittered him towards life. Trained by a Ninja Master in the ancient arts of Pan-Hung-Lo, Nintaruta had killed his teacher in order to be the only one with the knowledge and have an advantage over everyone else.

Bah I hate being so picky but still not really what I'm looking for, meh sorry, help still would be appreciated though.
I still like my stalker "Generic Ninja", modelled after the Ninja Jounin. Thats as stealthy as you get

Mmm, I actually like that as a base, of course I'll add a little tweaks here and there but thank you...I often get too detailed and miss the simple and effective looking costumes....I'm pretty much a perfectionist, thanks Green, I'll post if I need more help, but it's not likely.
I have decided on a stalker he is Natural NB/Nin his abilities are like controlling his ki/chi/energy/chakra ect. and I just CAN'T figure out a good costume design. I was wondering if someone could make a picture/Avy, or even a costume and in game shot for his outfit. If anyone accepts I wish to mix modern themes and older themes, sort of like maybe leather, yet some modern armor, who knows. The only real guidline I would have is that he be a taller thinish character, and have red hair, everything else can be up to you, thanks in advance.
