I think by "beneficial" badges you mean Accolades.
You're missing the Crey Pistol (freeze gun), Vanguard (+status effect durations) and Arch Magus (+resist) accolades.

When Soldiers of Arachnos got their names added to the Destiny List, Longbow managed to get a copy of the list and began rounding villains up. But one name on the list shocked them...
I was looking for permanent changes. Most of the accolades don't do permanent changes - they give you weapons or abilities that don't last for long:
archmage gives the eye of the magus which gives better resistance for 1 minute and can be used every 25 minutes - not something I'll shoot for.
VIP doesn't seem to do anything
Vanguard increases duration of certain powers the same way archmage does.
nothing for Freedom Cross, Stalwart Cross, Statesman Star, Celebrant. . . and so on. . .

The in game alcolades are pretty evenly split with permanent reward (+hp and/or +end) vs click powers. I don't really include the event or purchase alcolades as true alcolades. Those alcolades don't do anything other then act as toggles to allow costume items or powers.

[/ QUOTE ] But if you have hasten, accelerate metabolism, adrenaline boost, speed boost, etc. it's much MUCH faster. I've seen some blasters fire the Magus between every other mob. Have you ever seen a blaster that is nearly invulnerable to damage!?
