How to have a health, happy and fun team.

Also, don't explore on ahead in the mission even though if you have invisibility. Because it sometime makes it harder to complete a mission since a lot of the map is already exposed to other members.

It also spawns all the mobs as you approach, so if you had 4 people in the team when you started and add 3 more after you've scouted the map, the mission will be set for 4 people, not 7.

Miss Informed in 2016! She can't be worse than all those other guys!
That's some good advice. Team leaders who select only their own missions especially annoy me. Usually, I don't look for a team unless I have an AV mission, and I tend to be a bit too picky when trying to form a PuG. It's quite frustrating to finally get on a team, only for Nero-Man to pick only his "Fiddling" missions while I have "Rome Burning" on my docket.
For this reason, now when I have an AV mission, I'll mention it in my search comment when I put my "looking for mission team" flag up.
Currently published Mission Architect arcs:

Arc ID# 403174: The Serpent's Revenge.
Arc ID# 534236: The Clockwork Angel.
I'm not sure I agree with your point Spectreblade. While a team leader should be picking missions from everyone, if you are really that dead set about doing your mission, you should think about forming your own team or soloing it.
That's a good piece of advice for team members. If you want to set the agenda, form your own team.

WARNING: I bold names.

I've always thought it was annoying how quickly a team would break up when they stopped doing the highest level team members missions (set at Invincible, naturally!)...
"WHAT! We're not getting maximum XP!!! This team sucks!"
It ain't all about the XP, folks... as a semi-retired Emp/Psi Defender, when I'm running my Scrapper/ PB or WS, I go out of my way to ask lower chars if they need help running their own missions to keep their contacts active... it does make a difference for the "traditional" support ATs.
If Max XP was all I was worried about, I'd have at least 10 level 50s by now.
No matter what I'm playing, I'm there to help the "Team".
My 50s since Apr 28 2004:

Sakaki Neko Cla/Reg Scr, ViArc PB, Vinda Nordstrom Kin/Ice Def
Shooting Emp Emp/DP Def, Yuri Shimazu Kin/DP Def, Incarnette EB/EM Bla (x2), Infinette PB
Simple rules that can make teaming more fun.
1. Leaders - Make it a point to select other team members missions and not just your own. That is if their missions are within a level where everyone can get xp.
2. Invited team members - It is your job to be there for the team which means don't spend a lot of time Away From Keyboard. For it is not fair to keep your team members waiting and you would not like it to happen to you as well.
3. Leaders and team members - Hold off leveling until the mission is completed. For there will be enough time to do this after the mission is done. Unless the all team members agree that it is ok for you to do it.
4. Leaders and members - Don't start the mission until all team members are there in the mission unless other members agree that it is ok for you to start early. Also, don't explore on ahead in the mission even though if you have invisibility. Because it sometime makes it harder to complete a mission since a lot of the map is already exposed to other members.
