Not to nitpick... buuut... is her neck 'posed to be that long?
It's a really great piece besides that, if a little light on the detail. 
Certainly better then the junk I cough up.
Though I -do- make some rather impressive doodles. They just don't LOOK like anything. >.>

Look at it this way, Mist... Menchi lasted the majority of Excel Saga (from what I've seen, anyway. Not seen it all, therefore can't say whether or not he survives the series) as an emergency food ration. Though he got pretty close..
And, it just looks a tad bit too long. I usually factor in the chin when I draw people at all, because oftentimes there's a fair section of neck taken up by the human jaw. *Sagenod.*
Then again... I can't draw for beans.

Just a question for ya Squirrel, did you do this all in one sitting, or did you break it up? Reason I ask is there have been many drawings I've done that looks great (in my eyes for my skill level), only to come back the next day and think, "Ah crap! How did I miss that?!" It happens sometimes when you spend too long on one piece in one sitting.
That said, I still haven't fully learned from that mistake. (Granted I haven't drawn in weeks. Bleh! 
)
I did it in 2 sittings >.> First day, most of the pencils; second day, finished pencils and did inks.
I *really* screwed up the background before I photoshopped it >.> but the neck thing... well, if you look at my other work <~.~> thats about how long most of my necks are. <;.;> Which makes me suspect I've been doing something wrong for quite a long while >.>
Nothing wrong with photoshop. Remember, people like DarkJedi touch up pieces with it. 
It also doesn't matter if you make a mistake once, or a thousand times. What matters is the thousand and first time when you get it right. Thats when things just click, and that error slowly slinks into the past.
I was feeling a little lazy (aka: avoiding other work), so I did a quick little mod to your drawing. Here you can see what you drew, and what Yuriko would look like with a slightly shorter neck.

Definitely gonna be touching it up before I color it then... mentally I was just having a hard time imagining it shorter; dunno why >,< but it does work much better; thanks Sarrate!
Given the problems with my last version of this character - ie: she looked nigh identical to Rei Ayanami from Evangelion (I was sad; but I'd noticed it myself <;.;> so whatcha gonna do?)
I decided to take another stab at drawing her. I think I gave her a unique look <^-^> and, I Inked it too! I'm actually really enjoying inking... even though I'm not so good at it yet.
Well anyway, I'll let you all judge for yourselves <^,^>

The background was more detailed... but when I inked it, I goofed up several times, so I photoshopped out some mistakes >.> it just left the background a bit empty. I'm hoping if I do a color version, it'll improve a great deal in that regard.
Still coloring my Nemesis piece too... but thats... proving difficult. However, tis a topic for another post! <,<
(Oh - last thought >.> Its supposed to be sorta a portrait; and the character herself is... well... she has all the emotional depth of a hunk of lead. Thus the impassivity... I want to give her an action shot sometime - but this was just to establish "Wth does she look like!?")
