I'm sure she'll dig it a lot, Jugg. My only mild critique? It's a little hard to tell where her right side begins and her right leg begins, it all kinda meshes together a little too much. Perhaps you could darken up the lines on her side to help differentiate that a little better?

Tail should definitely move up a little higher on the back and 'flow' from the rest of the outfit (since I think her tail is not 'real' it's part of her costume? dunno!)

Overall the piece is great. Excellent pose and composition.
I'm gonna break ranks with the rest of the crowd here, though, and say that the newspaper is completely not working for me. Good idea, sure, but the execution needs work. I'm not sure what it's supposed to be. Is it meant to be an overlay, turning the piece into a collage, or is it meant to be an actual object in the scene? If it's the latter, it needs work. First off, it's completely out of scale with **...it should be twice the size it is. Secondly, it's perfectly rectangular..no crumpling, no worn edges. It doesn't look real. Is it supposed to be stuck on the wall? If it's supposed to be more of a collage element, I wouldn't light it like the rest of the scene.
Anyway, the pose is fantastic and I'm having far fewer problems with your edges these days. And the Feral Kat name on the wall works for me too.

I think it looks great Juggertha! Thank you very much for this great piece! I am not actually sure about the newspaper. It looks neat, and I like it, but I kinda agree with PMD. I don't know that it fits with the rest of the picture. Still thinking about it.
Looks real nice! I like the "hero?" newspaper. Makes me wonder if she is really a villain, or probably just a naughty hero.

That's very nice.
When I looked at the previous version I couldn't quite tell where the tail began so to speak (trying to be tactful).
Now it looks more tail-ish to my eyes. Another job well done.
I lengthened the tail, set the paper to less opacity, folded the paper, scuffed the paper, put tape on the paper, tightened up the eyes a bit, and tightened up the shadows a bit too.
There's probably more I could do... but isn't there always?
Let's call this one at 99.5%.
I must say again how much fun I had doing it. It's one of my first that I had a clear vision of how I wanted the character to look with the background.
I think all the changes are for the better. The newspaper really looks much more like part of the image now. Does this mean there is another .5% you are planning on doing? Also, the version you uploaded this time is much smaller. Any chance for a larger one?

Damned nice work there Juggs! The pose is great, the nice little highlights are wonderful, the claws are EXCELLENT, and the face... and I could go on and on! I even love the news paper. I don't know what it looked like before, but I guess you did a good thing with fixing it
One little itsi-bitsy thing though (and it would probably be too big of a pain to tweak it in this work, but something to keep in mind...)... her left hand (our right) is a bit out of perspective with the wall. I can definitely see you were referencing a model when you drew this one out because I can tell where the ground was based on that hand. 
Next time, you might want to tweak parts of the model as you draw him/her to get the perspective to work with the image. It's a small thing (after all... no one else seemed to notice, so I'm probably just a freak )
Either way, it's still an damned excellent piece. You're one of my favorites on this forum (your work has really grown on me) and I can't wait for the next piece to be posted!
Aye... "the HAND".
I've went back and fourth in my mind on trying to change it. I still might, but for this week it stands as is.
I think that all you would have to do to fix that hand is pull the pinky finger back and up as if the claw were grasping the wall above the rest of the hand, holding her up.
I just read the equivalent thread on the Justice boards ... God we are well behaved here.!
