I have to say, that your guide has to be one of the best guides I have ever read, you kept me entertained and interested enough to read every bit and section to know enough about the dominator to try leveling my level 20 up again.

Not sure if you're still about, but if you are, I do have one question... You took time to spell out and explain the pros and cons of a ton of different soft controls, even including knockback/up and intangible, but made no mention of fear. What gives? Or did I just miss it?

Fear was left out it appears but the general idea with fear is they stand cowering and only get one activity every so often except they can take one action per time they are hit. So its kind of a mid-range between sleep and hold.....but they still kind of can do stuff...but not really. Fear is harder to stack to blow down bosses, eb's, and av's since no few powers use it but its very useful in terrify under mind.
