I have a DM/ELA, and she is owning in the 40's. Then again the -end and - recov protection really helps at those levels.

Nah, they shouldn't be taken out of the game. Just regulated as a controlled substance and taxed. Perhaps made available only for medical purposes, for the treatment of SMASH addiction...
