While we are pure E-vil (yes, so evil in fact that I had to cap the E), we tend to have a more relaxed approach to the game. Take care of your fellow NoD'ites and have fun is the order of the day!
Most of us played through beta and all of the founders have played CoH since release pretty much. If you want to roll with us on a heist or some other such thing, give us a shout and we'll go start some trouble together. While we are primarily a group of East Coast - USA players, would love to find others to join us as we strive to gain power in the Rogue Isles.

Young Blood
The Young Blood are a new light-RP villain group on the Infinity server, and we are seeking .... well, as many members as we can manage to put together! We're a themed group, specifically .... young villains (hence the name).
To become one of the Blood, there are three key requirements:
[*] First, your character must be (and preferably look, if they're [mostly] human) seventeen, or younger. Essentially, the Blood is intended to be something like an "Evil Teen Titans".[*] Second, you must write out a good background for your character. It doesn't have to be pullitzer prize material, but it should be interesting .... and preferably not TOO formulaic / stereotypical.[*] "Must play nicely with others"; while personality conflicts do happen, anyone found to be consistently unpleasant all or most of the time will be "politely asked to leave", if you will.
The Blood holds a few basic precepts as well; in order of importance:
[*] There is no "One True Way";[*] Every Archetype, COH and COV alike, has a place on a team - and solo;[*] No powerset is required, and most powersets are perfectly viable choices;[*] Diverse, well-rounded teams are superior to single-archetype teams in all but a very few, very contrived cases.[*] You don't have to be the best example of your archetype to have fun, nor to be valuable to a team and SG;[*] We are alt-friendly, but please don't go crazy with eight or a dozen of them ...!

Especially, I'd like to hear from someone capable of setting up a website with a forum; if you're able and willing, there's a promotionor two in it for you! 
Everything else is in a state of flux at the moment - especially as pertains to how promotions happen, othr than (for now) "when starshadow feels like it". Promotions will probably be based on a combination of how long you've been in in the SG, and what level you've reached.

We are just getting started in COV, and have about 15 members. We're light-RP (As in about half of the members DO RP, and some don't). We recently purchased our base, complete with "Worktable" and "Pile of Dirt" so far, we should be up and running with Energy within a week or so.
All level ranges welcome, highest in the VG is 18 now. A Mature venere is mandatory, but sportsman playfulness is the norm. Don't join if you are offended by "Your Mom" jokes...

What is the Paragon City Defense Fleet?
The PCDF is a supergroup in the City of Heroes MMORPG. This is analogous to a guild or clan in other MMORPGs. We keep Paragon City safe while having lots of fun! The PCDF was founded in November 2004 by Hot Mamma and Captain Cure, with charter heroes Lee Fang, Gunther Hermann, Iron Cataclysm and Mr. Adams. We chose Paragon City Defense Fleet as our name to set us apart from all the other super groups with "Force", "Factor", and "League" in their names.
What server is the PCDF based on?
The PCDF was founded on Infinity and we still play there most of the time.
How does the PCDF differ from other City of Heroes supergroups?
The PCDF is a "humor based" SG. Not that we make humorous heroes, but that we make each other laugh in chat and TeamSpeak. Our humor is witty, sarcastic and sometimes rude, with many pop-culture references. If you like to laugh in the face of danger, joke while lying dead on the ground and make fun of yourself for doing something dumb, the PCDF is the SG for you. If you can't take a bit of abuse, especially when you do something stupid, then maybe the PCDF is not the right home for your heroes. We in the PCDF also pride ourselves on being there for others in our SG, whether they need help with a mission, a resurrection, influence or anything else. "Alts" (alternate heroes from your "main") are commonplace in the PCDF, so common that we often use Global Friends over the SG list to see who is on line.
How do I join the PCDF?
The requirements are simple:
1. Don't be lame.
2. See #1
We have SG colors (red and blue) but no defined SG costume or SG naming convention so you can join at any time. There is no level requirement, as we have met lame level 50s and cool level 1s.
Send an in game message to @Captain Cure or @Hot Mamma or post in the PCDF forums and we'll contact you about a tryout to make sure you are a fit. Or hook up with us in game and if you make us laugh you will probably get an invite to the PCDF.
What if I have multiple heroes? Can they all join the PCDF?
We currently allow 1 main and 1 alt into the PCDF main SG, though it is filling up fast so this may go down to 1 main. We also have associated supergroups in our coalition so we can have a place for all our alts! We also make extensive use of Global Friends so no matter what hero we are playing we can still hook up with other PCDF members.
Is the PCDF a "roleplay" group?
We don't roleplay too much in game, though it is never discouraged. We do encourage having a name, costume and background that is coherent and interesting, even if it is a cliche!

Greetings from the Iron Wolves, a villain guild here on the Infinity server. We are a mature, close-knit group of players dedicated to the advancement of each other and the guild as a whole.
Our primary goal as a guild is simply to have fun! And yet, while having fun, we intend ever to move forward toward the end game of CoV in both PvP and PvE aspects.

Description:
Brand new SF-based roleplay group with no immediate plans for PvP. Prefer Sci/Tech origin, but open to all, as long as your character has an SF-style presentation. A classic witch (such as the Sea Witch) would find herself out of sorts, while a space witch from another galaxy would feel right at home. Sub-mariner would be more than welcome, while Thor would never really feel comfortable.
Villaingroup channel chat must always be in character, which is not to say your character must fulfill some pre-defined template, only that 1337-speak and extreme shorthand such as, "ne1 up 4 CoT mish?" could very well result in immediate banishment from the Empire.
Smaller is better, and Andromeda Redux is more interested in quality than quantity.
A recruiting thread has been posted here, while a biographic portrait for the Empress is temporarily available here. Creation of a dedicated website is not planned at this time, but could be possible if the group becomes a stable entity.

SideShow Freaks Villain Group has come to town to stay. We are a small group fo about 12 people - some freaks like the Amazing Bearded Lady, The Tattooed Man, and Toodles the Clown and some "Norms" like Lady Lion Tamer and The RingMaster.
It is a role playing group to a degree, we want a theme of a circus side show at least in your bio. A great name and look help sell the experience. We try to fit people in if they want to join, but sci-fi type might have a hard time fitting in. We don't really talk in character but have an excuse to say freaky thing all in the name of role playing. Insaine clowns, mutated teenagers, half human/half animals, perfomers of amazing acts we want them all.
We are pretty laid back, ranging in levels from 10 to 30 and looking forward to strike forces and player vs player at some point. Right now we are just hanging out and doing missions helping each other find groups. We have a humble base with power and control and workbench - a few other goodies too.

Howdy all, our villain group, Dark Agency Terra Division, has been trying to expand for a while, but so far we've only managed to just over 20 people, few of whom play every day or two. Long story short, we're mainly looking for people who like to team, whether you like to get prestige, wear group colors, or just be yourself (though you may miss out on some rewards that come with that). We've got both casual gamers and all-nighters, and wereally want someone to team with quickly, especially for taskforces (which was the original intent for VGs anyway, before bases came along).
But a base we do have, and for those who like to gather salvage, the workshop is new but operational, and we've got plenty of power and control to go around.
We want to go adventuring, but it gets boring if you have to look for a committed team for half an hour every time before you start a strikeforce, so come on by and take a look around.
