Guild Description: SG-1 used to be the Z Fighters once upon a time until half of our membership went to play WoW. We decided to start a new sg and brought the other half over to the new sg. We are a friendly sg that often teams together to do special missions and taskforces. We also are known for PLing (half of our members are currently addicted to krak).
Ingame Story: SG-1 was recreated after the rikti attack on earth. The rikti were mercenaries of the gou'ld and the gou'ld paid them generously to launch an unprovoked attack on earth in response to the freeing of all Jaffa (Season 8, Reckoning Part 1-2). The original SG-1 team retired and Stargate Command and freedom Corps created a new SG-1 that would protect earth from any future attacks as well as mop up the remaining alien invaders.

The Creatives is a growing collective of characters which pay tribute to noted authors, artists, playwrites, poets, musicians, and directors (preferably dead). There is a modicum of humor with the group (see: HM's or Fitz's bio), and there's some light rping involved it if seems like the thing to do at the time. All that's asked is that you pick your author, name him (just the name itself will do, but I would like to see The Bionic Faulkner one of these days), do a quick alt+tab to the net and GIS the person (if needed) and try to get the gist of him, and come up with a pretty bio (so far we have dead writers, sent into the future writers, a scrapper who drunkenly thinks he's the author, and Hemmingway Man, who is essentially the Hulk what writes prose, it doesn't have to be done right away, but it helps to have creative people in a group with this namesake).
