I have wanted to form a SG for mature players age 30+ where the members dont look at you funny when you say you have to go afk to deal with your kids fighting 
. Not sure how many of us are out there, but I am hoping this group will have at least 5+ eventually. I am striving for a fun and relaxed environment where everyone helps each other, respects each others busy lives, and can share in the collective wisdom of our experience. This group is definitely not for Powergamers, nor is it for the hardcore RP camp. I want to go at a pace where we can see the roses and stop if we want, but dont have to smell every one.
I dont have any formal sign up requirements, but I would like to team up with applicants prior to accepting them in to make sure the SG is the right fit for the prospective hero and visa versa. I will also likely be using Teamspeak or something similar for our group at some point.

The name isn't much, but hey, it went with the Black and White color scheme which actually came first, the motto is something generic and something classic. The group was created because I personally feel friends should play together and may as well all be in the same Supergroup. I personally play weekdays mostly, sparsely on weekends and would be happy to hear from anyone interested.
In keeping with my friends bit, if you have any they'll be welcome too, I'd be thrilled to have you come in and bring your three friends with you. I can't promise any powerleveling for you, at least not yet, we're small and we're casual. My main goal is just to bring some good people together in a friendly atmosphere, grouping is great, but sometimes you wanna solo and sometimes you just wanna take it slow, this will never be a primarily powerleveler's guild.
Being so small, I'm currently allowing people two characters each, but with numbers this is highly subject to change, gotta be able to keep up with everyone you know 
So far we just group here and there, but I'm quickly developing contacts for people to get into a good spree of missions, and all the current members are great to play with as well as to talk to, everything from students to parents. I had a grand vision for the Serve Squad. A ragtag band of heroes, both new and seasoned, would spend time (between heroic jobs...of course...) travelling the streets of Paragon City spreading the joy of dance to heroes wherever we could find them. A crew of several, maybe many dancers would assault otherwise occupied and unsuspecting (in the middle of fights, even) heroes at once with mildly choreographed dance moves...but alas, no one has yet answered my call to arms (or rather, my call to the floor) and I am left without a crew. A solo act is rather sad and lonely, so the Serve squad's existence is in danger...
