King's Row? Atlas Park? Well, those may have some crime, but look at the places where fewer heroes dare to tread. The Family clearly owns Independence Port, they are omnipresent. Outcasts are so thick in Steel Canyon you can't walk along the streets without being shot at. We're making a difference where we are, trust me.
