Battle Cry! Argggggggggg
I don't know how offhand, but there's a detailed section on setting up macros in the manual; I'm sure you could probaly read it there if it's possible...'cus that would be sweet.
Also there is a nice write up on it over at the warcry site
The F10 key automatically emits your battlecry, and does an emote, too.
I originally set up one of my /bind commands to combine my battlecry with Taunt. Since I'm starting over I haven't gotten the power yet, though, and in actual practice I realized the one flaw with that idea. If you bind your battlecry to an attack, you will be using your battlecry a LOT. Possibly to the point where people will be asking you to shut up.
I think a better idea might be to use a /macro to define a battlecry and attack (or taunt) combination, and then use that occasionally, like when you start a battle.
Yeah, you can /bind your battlecry and power(s) together. But like Jade_Dragon said, if you do that to each power you have (and you'd have to if you want to use your battlecry each time you attack), you'll be yelling your battlecry A LOT. Plus, that might slow down your attacks since there's an animation that goes along with the battlecry. Not sure on the slowing down, though, since I haven't tested it. If you go to coh.warcry.com, there's a 23 page FAQ there on /binding.

Does anyone know how to set it up so that every time you attack a foe you automatically say you battlecry?

Actually, if you "say $battlecry" there is no animation. F10 is bound to "say $battlecry$$emote attack".
What I'll probably end up doing is rebinding F10 so it does the battlecry/Taunt combo. That way I get the taunt emote instead of pointing. (And I just love the way he slaps his fist, it works perfectly with Blue Diamond's character )
Yeah you're right. F10 or just set up a macro with your attack that you want and your battle cry and replace your icon with it
