Fair point....the population on Union is so low..think am the only one who ever plays a tauntin webbing phasing brute(at least atm anyways)..most others I seen have gloom and flurry...this is not supposed to be the best of the best buffer I can get..just lookin for somethin to keep a stormie or a domi alive long enough for them to do something...there are better buffers..with better builds and alot more experience..this will be a toon for those quiete times...I was actually more concerned with the slotting..is there anything I can slot differently to get more regen or hp without making it too expensive? I have all the LoTG and numis from a WP brute i recently stripped. Am dead set on web..I wantz to web a certain speedy blaster that has made me cry the last few nights..when heroes bring their best game..I d rather be on domi and let a proper buffer buff..hopefully it makes sense.

That means no phase or even hiber...Power boosted heals are rather nice though..sorta heal the PB heal to compesate for heal decay..but I wantz my web as well..

Hi,
I have a fire/PD corr that hasn't been given any love for a while. This toon was fantastic support in PVE..I would love to have a workable buffer vill side as another option. There are more solid buffers in the SG with alot more expensive builds and experience so this toon will only be coming out when none of them are available and the blasters are taking over. Has been happenin alot lately!
I am not looking to sink alot of funds on this..I d rather finish off my domi.
Please have a look...all/any advice appriciated. I have tried to squeeze in as much HP and regen..on a limited budget.
On patrons...it just has to be Mace...I hate not having any perception and something about abusing web cocoon makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside!
Thanks in advance.

PVP IO drops are fine as they are IMO. They are there, they are dropping, they sell for ALOT(some of them anyways). When you get one, you grin at your PC screen like a wierdo! As things stand, PVP IOs are one of the biggest reasons for some people to PVP. Rep racks up too easily.
PVP style TFs? The biggest thing the new pvp rules have done is reduced the number of viable builds.
Really really cant see any of this taking off soon am afraid. -
A blaster would only be able to hit through darkest night in the 10 secs Aim and BU are up. A dark/psy with PBU will heal for over 500 every 2 secs..even with heal decay. Fluffy also has a big big heal. Dark/psy is slow and steady but will take down most targets. If you are unlucky enough to be grounded in tar patch....TF will hit for over 500...they really are monsters to fight against.

Quote:hey guys and gals just a quick question.
As the title says what wot beat the following in a pvp duel (zonal or arena)
1, Dark/psy fender
2, elec/thermal corruptor
3, /cold corruptor (due to - rech its soooo annoying)
Theres prob more but i cant think wot they might be
I dunno what other peeps use but my fire/rad corr, MA/regen scrap beats the above combos most of the time.
Here is why
Fire/rad corr with FA and scrop shield...really messes up their to hit whilst FA has some resits to -to hit. As big as the dark heal is..it has a to hit check..and misses quite alot..RI plus scorp shield is really sweet i find. Aim plus FA plus web coccon will normally drop DN. Thermals tend to miss with HE as well...illu/thermals on the other hand can be quite nasty..that confuse(if it lands) is a real pain. Colds who abuse benumb will miss a fair bit as well. That said..some thermals and colds and psy/darks i cant beat simply because more skilled players always find a way out.
MA/regen with TD and webnade. BU plus EC will always dettogle DN..havent beaten every dark/psy i have come accros on scrap..sometimes you have to run and hide..sometimes you can stand toe to toe. Unless you can make that big heal miss..dark/psy will always win...i tend to spike with BU EC flurry and crane kick then pop mog and cross my fingers. Thermals are a real pain to regen..but elec is rather low damage. Can normally pop DP and IH before my end bar is drained..a lot of the times..they cant kill me before my recovery is back..some thermals have HE perma and they will take my lunch moneh all day!
Colds...perma webnade and just spam whatever attacks i have..they always go down..even with the - rech and all the debbuffage...one complete attack chain and the cold is runnin trying to pop aidself. -

Heya...at work atm so cant have a look properly. A couple of things..invul can get very good typed defence and its very possible to get some good numbers for S/L def.
Taunt is very handy for the range debbuff...4 slot stamina with Performance Shifter including the plus end for abit more recovery. Will have a better look when i get in.
