Hehe, just the expensive one is good. I probably don't plan ever purple any of my toons. Just don't have the inf for that and not patient enough to play the market game :P Thanks again Umbral

Thanks for the SO build Umbral, very much appreciated. Is there a possibility you could also give the IO build I should aim for as well? I always like to get a head start to know what I should be saving in terms of inf and recipe drops.

So, I'm extremely bad at creating IO builds. More-so when it comes to creating a decent scrapper. I've decided to try and delve into creating a DM/Regen character, mainly with some decent defenses through IOs and of course through Regen's.... well regenerative abilities, and DMs Siphon Life, all the while still dealing pretty good damage. I have siphoned through the forums, and all I've come up with is that take Dull Pain, Integration, Instant Healing and MoG the second they come available.
What I was hoping was that someone could hel pcome up with a Purple-less (I can't stress that enough hehe) IOleveling build.. i.e. show when to slot each power at what level to achieve that build. -
I got 3 crafted LotG Global Recharge that I'm looking to make some sort of trade on Virtue Redside. Wanting to trade/sell them for either 3 LotG Global Recharge on Virtue Blueside or equivalent value of 3 for Influence on Virtue Blueside. Global chat handle is @Anttor

Very awesome! Do have to agree with LadyJudgement though.... ouch. Eyes hurt if you do it too much. @JohnPrintemps. What you do is cross your eyes so that each side of the image merge together into one in the middle. If you get your eyes focused just right, it goes into a sort of 3-D mode.
Little guide to view these images:
Now that you have two pictures, you need to learn to view them as a pair without using any special glasses or viewers. This is the best way to quickly know if you've made a successful shot or not. I you remember the Magic Eye books popular about 15 years ago, this is the same eye technique used for what's called "parallel viewing" (as opposed to "crosseyed viewing"). Basically, you put the two images side by side, with the left image on the left, right on the right. Now look at them and relax your eyes, so they actually drift apart. As they do this, guide them so the two images drift into three, until the image in the middle pops into alignment as your stereo image. You are now compositing the left and right images on top of each other, and letting your brain focus on this image alone. Once you get it there, you can easily lock it into place. If this is difficult, try reversing the pictures (right on the left, left on the right) and crossing your eyes until the third image locks into place in the middle. Some people find this easier. -
Anyone else having problems with logging in and staying logged in the forums with the latest version of Mozilla? Everytime I try to log in, I have to do it multiple times for me to actually log onto the forums, even then I'm not guaranteed to stay logged in while I'm browsing, or posting.

Nevermind, I finally figured it out. Was a problem with the Architect's mechanics

Well I got the defendable object part to work, but there are still spawns throughout the map. Any ideas as to how to get the destructable object to do the same? Wanna make an endurance run map for my scrapper, and see how long he can last in a senario like this. It's just that I don't like the enemy group the mission I came across has.
-
Was browsing through missions today and came across a mission that has every enemy in the back room of the map. According to this mission, there are defendable objects, destructable objects, and a collection. The mobs surrounding the two objects were HUGE. When I jumped in even more came running into the room after the defendable object was destroyed. The map details say that only 2 defendable and 2 destructable objects can be placed in the back. Anyone know how this is done?

Lol, Mids' isn't going to be abandoned. Mids said that he is passing it to Steiner to handle all future updates. He also stated that he would check in with Steiner to make sure everything is going smoothly.

Sorry for the necro. Just thought I would put my two cents in. Anti-Matter is one of the few NPCs you can recreate a look that almost exactly matches the original.
His powers include:
Flight:
Fly
Radiation Emission:
Radiation Infection
Enervating Field
Lingering Radiation
Radiation Blast:
Irradiate
X-Ray Beam
Electron Haze
Neutron Bomb
Atomic Blast
Just create a custom AV, and try to match the powers as best you can through the difficulty settings. Then for the costume, here is a reference image you can use to create his look. -
Just bought a new USB headset and the sound works good. But when I start moving in the game, my sound will cut off and doesn't work until I go through a loading screen. Then when I move again, the sound will go away again. This wasn't happening with my old (non-USB) headset, and it isn't the headset going out because I can hear and talk in Skype and Vent just fine. Any help would be appreciated.
Edit: Just tested, and it appears certain sound effects work. Power skills like Hasten and Granite Armor played. Some like Mud Pots played the wrong sound effect. Others like my two area attacks only played the last bits of their sound effects. I was in Atlas Park train station and couldn't hear the background effects (train running on tracks, door opening, the squeaking sound etc.) But when I walked out of the station, I could hear the background effects for being outside (sirens, honking, etc)
Edit: More tests have shown me that having 3D sound enabled is causing the problems. Hopefully there is a fix, because I am the type of person that likes 3D sound hehe. Can any rednames help with this matter? -
I am by far not even an amateur at base building. But I found this screenshot, and was wondering if this is more or less what you may have had in mind. (Maybe an experienced Base Builder could help you with the process if this is what you wanted.)
