  1. I have that page bookmarked too, it saves a lot of time. It is a little dated and a few changes can be made to it. I hope this helps:

-Galaxy City exploration badge and history plaque - Now accessed through a teleporter in Ouroboros.
-Silver Bullet and Slayer badges - Easily obtained with a full team doing the Moonfire TF.
-Tank Buster badge - Freakshow can also be found in Crey's Folley and fought heavily during the Sister Psyche TF
-Gear Smasher badge - Easily obtained with Positron 2 or Synapse TFs.
-Unveiler badge - Fake Nemesis can be found in the Shadow Shard at the Xray, Tango and Foxtrot markers. Last I heard, not all Fake Nemesis defeats were counting towards the badge total in PI, may have been fixed in a patch.
-Spelunker badge - Can be obtained through Ouroboros pillar, level 1-15, Rescue the Mystic from the Circle of Thorn mission from Dr. Trevor Seaborn.
-Shrouded badge - Can be obtained through Ouroboros pillar, level 46-50, Black Shroud Dimension mission from Maria Jenkins
-Multidimensional badge - Can be obtained through Ouroboros pillar, level 40-45, The Hydra Dimension mission from Tina Macintyre.
-Dimensional Warder badge - Only 14 Praetorian AV's are needed. Shadowhunter no longer required. Incarnate trial AV defeats count towards the badge requirements.
  2. Glad Armor +3 def/TP protection recipe for sale for 2.3 billion. Any level; any server. Send me a private message if interested.

I am new to selling/trading but have a couple successful trades with LaDiva.
  3. I'm in for tonight. I'm a vigilante but not sure what alignment everyone else is sitting at. I went on a TF leveling spree and hit 39. Moonfire, Sutter (For double merits) and the ITF. Have the TF Commander and Atlas Medallion accolades. Just need the Unveiler badge for Freedom Phalanx Reserve. Portal Jockey will come after lvl 50. I still have 10 experience boosters so getting to 50 will be pretty quick.

Briefly teamed today and a couple players were surprised I am at level 39. I didn't think we were in a level pact, just to play together when we get the chance. It probably doesn't matters if we exemplar down or SK up. Our only restrictions are our alignment, individual levels and what TF/SF we decide to run ie. everyone would need to be lvl 25+, rogue/vig/hero if we want to do a Citadel TF.

Btw, StJ/SR stalkers are awesome once endurance becomes manageable.

P.S. Is evasion that useful? I have incredible AoE defense from hide already (though I know it suppresses).
You can probably do without them if you solo +1 x2 or less. Skipping Agile, Dodge and Evasion (Stalkers do not have Lucky) would drop your DDR by about half. They are all mandatory to make a build better all round imho. Having them would make your character a machine to 90% of the material vs dropping them and being good at 75% of material (Don't quote me on the percentages, just a guesstimate).

I tried aggressively slotting for DDR on a /SR stalker and had about 91%. Slotting them mildly still gave 81% DDR. I decided to go in between with 84% as it saved me 10 slots to use in other areas. 95% would be ideal for any /SR but because Lucky was removed for Hide, I do not think it's possible.
  5. Moonfire TF sounds good but I guess wait and see what level we're all at tomorrow. Let's meet up at 11:00am pst/2:00pm est. After the TF is over, I'm going to fetch all the plaques and exploration markers for 3 accolades (Atlas Medal, Freedom Phalanx and Portal Jockey). Is it sad I have done them so many that I have their locations memorized?
  6. Does anyone still need a hand leveling their way out of Praetoria? If not, I am going to make my way to blue Saturday morning pst, do vig tips and be full vig by Sunday afternoon. Maybe we can hit a TF/SF the same day. Let me know today.

  8. We played for almost 5 hours! My eyes started to hurt and can see images of Build Up when I closed them. Here's a url to an animated gif of the action. It's jumpy, I probably incorrectly centered the screenshots while creating it. I won't post IMG code as it's kind of big and I will probably get banned from the forums: http://i39.tinypic.com/neddp0.gif

I am going to pop over to blue side. The thought of the Ironman, Gangbuster, Deathless and the 9 Mayhem mission exploration badges gives me a headache.

How many people are still trying to hit lvl 20 to leave Praetoria? I like Negate's idea. It would be faster to level red/blue side. 2 runs of DFB will bring a player from level 1-10 in 30 mins which will be in range of the Positron 1 TF. I think the Virgil SF is lvl 15 so 4 runs of DFB (1 hr) to be eligible for that.

I'll stay in Praetoria another day if there are players around lvl 15+ to get to 20 this Sunday. Will turn Vig over Mon/Tues. Let's aim for our first TF/SF next Wednesday! Silver Mantis or Sister Psych.
  9. I will be playing my stalker tomorrow, Wednesday, Nov 16th @ 6:00pm PST. I will stay online to get as many players to lvl 20 as possible. See you all there!

Also woudnt makos bite proc be better on GC or DA since those are petty spammy powers in the rotation.. AB only gets used once, maybe twice per fight... or can the proc crit?
Maybe get physical perfection at lv35 and push weave to 49.. that boxing at 35 doing nothing is kinda bugging me but I dont know if its worth it or not

Though already this is a great help, it lets me put slots into powers with a lot more peace of mind and start planning out how much money I need and what I can start buying first~ Thanks ricohdah =o
You would lose the incarnate abilities at lvl 46. I didn't know Caltrops is an autohit so a recharge or damage IO would work out fine as procs do not get boosted by the hamios. Overtime, the Achilles Heel will help do more damage then a Mako's proc. I put a LotG into DA just as a mule for the 5th LotG but it can easily be put into Hide or Ninja Reflexes. Procs do not critical but on average the proc in AB will do more damage than the 6th Crushing Impact IO. The damage for AB is already in the red due to ED. You are losing 8 hit points of damage per hit for the 20% chance to do 70 hit points more damage.

The incarnate powers aren't necessary to run the build. One was to provide a little more endurance/damage. The other was to run a better attack chain. Agility Alpha would be cool as well. The core provides 45% end/33% rech/20% def; radial also provides 33% movement speed.

I currently dont have a budget (because I dont have any money), i plan on farming as much as I can to complete it, but itll take a while. So probably shoudnt be the billions and billions sorta build.
The first build uses Divine Avalanche in the attack chain to softcap melee defense to 45%. Divine Avalanche-Golden Dragonfly-Gambler's Cut-Soaring Dragon-repeat. Ranged and AoE is softcap when Hide is unsuppressed. Made to work with T4 Musculature Radial.

This second build is more costly but mainly due to the Gladiator Armor proc. What it allows you to do is eliminate Divine Avalanche and still have softcap def to m/r/a when Hide is unsuppressed. The attack chain would be Golden Dragonfly-Gambler's Cut-Soaring Dragon-Gambler's Cut-repeat. Made to work with a T4 Spiritual Alpha. Maybe not a build to have right from the start but something to work for.

Just having 5 LotG global rech, Achilles Heel, Numi and Miracle procs is almost a billion influence already. The Coercive Persuasion recipes are pretty cheap. You can get all 6 for about 200,000,000 influence and imho has the best set bonuses among purples.

Ah crap! I forgot you wanted lvl 30 IO levels. That makes the m/r/a def below the softcap. Will need some tweaking.

Oh and Errant, regarding Leadership why would you like Assault > Maneuvers? I mean if we stay in buff range of each other, odds are we'll be doing more damage anyway thanks to the added crit chance, no?
All going red or blue really just helps with our timing to play together. It's hard getting all of us online at the same time and now add players who still have alignment missions in progress to become vig/rogue.

Criticals are above and beyond the damage cap. Stalker damage cap is 500% at level 21. With IO's and Assault (x8), we would be sitting at around 280%, we're not even close to capping. You can never have too much damage!
  14. It's fun. We whistle blow to signal everyone to BU-AS an enemy and the crowd is whittled down quickly. How close do we have to be to one another to receive the greater chance to critical? I didn't notice many outside of my out-of-hide attacks.

I am planning to take the Medicine pool but later in my build. I can take Resuscitate but would need to drop Assault for it. Stalkers have it rough in regards to power picks. We usually need to take more powers from our primary then other melee ATs. It feels mandatory to take Placate and with the power lost for AS is made up elsewhere to maintain a good attack chain outside of Hide.

I think it would be hard not to hit level 20 this Wednesday since I am currently 19 but I'll stay in Praetoria until more of us are ready to make the transition. Let's do a TF right when we get out. Posi, Synapse, Sis Psych, Virgil or Silly Mantis.
  15. Good run out today, even picked up a few stray stalkers while playing. I made it to level 19 and plan to push for 20 on Wednesday evening. I was thinking about going blueside and then turning vig. I feel that hero accolades are easier to get. I hate villains need debt and damage badges to get their equivalent. If majority wants to go red, we can do it.

I hope this link works. We've been immortalized in an animated gif! I took the screens early after forming so people who jumped on later isn't in the picture.

  16. Stalker Sunday starting at 11:00am pst, gold side, Exalted. Pop in and team up. See you all there!
  17. That's simple enough. Just swap PPP/APP and make some IO changes to adjust for it. Just have a clear vision of what you want and take the appropriate powers/IO set bonuses to achieve it. We can post build for you all day but since we don't know what you really want or the requirements you have for your build, it's pretty much just passing time.
  18. I am a little disappointed with the Psi/NE Interface powers. The 10% (Core) and 6% (Radial Flawless) chances to confuse/immobilize is on the low side imho. On average, a player can confuse/immobilize zero to one enemy with an AoE attack with a target cap of 10. For single target attacks, they would be pretty useless.
  19. Looks like your build is missing a Steadfast Protection +3% def. With Rage, the Kismet +acc really isn't doing anything. Here is a recommendation I put together. The only power changes were Jab for Punch and Kick for Boxing. I tried making it in the same cost range as yours with a couple PVP IOs and no purples:

Agility's endurance doesn't really help as much as Ageless. I think in most cases it will add 0.25 to end recovery (More if there's other end gain powers such as Physical Perfection). Swapped some power and IO's around and came up with this build. With Agility, will be able to run the BF-AB-SS-AB-repeat attack chain and have 47.7% defense in all positions. Swapped the heal for a perma pet since you will have Rebirth:

  21. My pets sometimes get stuck going from zone to zone but nowadays I just leave them there. When I rezone or enter a mish, they show up working fine. I find they never get stuck at normal missions, TFs, BAF or UG but always stuck at the start of a Lambda and Keyes Trials.

One thing I do notice is when I enter a mish, my pets zone in 3 times. They'll enter the mish, disappear, re-enter mish, disappear, enter again and then start working normally. I never had a problem with /releasepets when I used it in the past.
  22. This is the build I would make with Ageless:

Tossed in a self heal, ranged and targeted AoE attack.

I never really looked closely at Ageless before. 100% end recovery the final minute which is better than a fully slotted Stamina! Awesome! The last minute of Ageless that provides 10% recharge should be enough to run the BF-AB-SS-AB-repeat chain.
  23. Damage Resistance is hard to build for on a /SR. Most builds will just have whatever Tough will provide with minimal slotting, 15ish% in S/L and a few miscellaneous percentages from IO set bonuses. As for regen on a /SR, I think average would be around 20-23 hp/sec.

What attack chain are you using? Recharge is overkill for the BF-AB-VS-SS-repeat (Attack Vitals) chain. I think it might be a hair short for the BF-AB-SS-Ab chain but I might be wrong.

First build for softcap defense then 95% DDR, recharge and then hit points/regen. Tweak it for endurance if that becomes an issue.

    Couple notes:

One too many LotG 7.5 rech, you have 6 slotted.
Drop a slot in Hasten, it will still be perma.
  24. Ah, I didn't see your build there. Like I said, I would lean towards dropping Aid Self if Siphon Life is slotted in a way that provides a good amount of damage and a 19% heal rather than 10% (19% is half of what Aid Self does). A 10% heal on SL would take too long to accumulate enough hit points to cover what AS can.

It boils down to a 19% heal attack VS a 38% heal power + a 10% heal attack. Which one makes a DM/SR more survivable?

Aid self was listed as healing for 570hp every 5.5s or so (with a 4.5s cast)
Siphon life was listed as healing for 290hp every 3.5s (with a 2.1s cast)

2 hits of SL with my slotting will heal more than AS and you don't have to interrupt your attack chain. Even if it does miss, the amount of regen I have in the build makes up for it.

So with good SL slotting and high regen/hp, you really don't need AS.
How do you have Siphon Life slotted? The approximate times I gave were just average cast times I added together in my head, 6.5 seconds to complete the chain from start to end and depending on when the AV hits just before or after SL is used. Just before SL is used, about 7 seconds; right after SL is used, 13 seconds.

If Siphon Life isn't being slotted for at least a 19% heal per attack, I would stick with Aid Self.
