Scrappers do more damage than blaster what kinda [censored] is that?!?! They get mez protection and they get... blah blah blah blah blah blah blah... blaster should get.... blah blah blah blah.... why can stalkers one shot kill but blasters cant drain endo... blah blah blah blah.....

Why run? You have one of the better self heals in the game which requires you to be in melee range for it to hit. Its not like the blaster is gonna forget he has ranged attacks.

Lucas is in agreement that they should tone down toggle dropping (which is already happening ) however not with a damage nerf to the melee attacks.

Wait, you want them to give toggle dropping a 5% change AND lower blaster melee damage?

Did you play on I4 arena when it was on test? Blasters were getting slayed back then by scrappers.

Unresistable damage, does that matter to a regen scrapper?

Blasters do take more risk being in melee, hell BS your scrapper has two toggles that as soon as lucas blaster gets into melee with he would be mezzed (feared or stunned) so just to geting near the scrapper the blaster has to have a break free running.

Just like what castle is saying too many scrapper wait til they are stunned to hit a bf while blasters use them before they fight. Lucas scrapper has NEVER lost to a blaster. Ever.

No joe, lucas was able to get two blaster to lvl 50 without mez protection so its not important. Hell one of em was lvled before epic powers and break frees.

Also, with controllers having IW if you gave blasters mez protection then who the hell would defenders need to buff to protect from mezzes, themselves?! heh

Melee attack always do more damage then range attacks, it true for people and npc. Its the price you pay for being in melee.

Sure then give blaster mez protection also.

Not sure if it does drop toggles, but it is useful for the -root on it. Being able to move freely is its biggest advantage. Nice guide.

Other than the stealth (which is hide for stalkers anyway) power this guide works well for stalkers also.

no, they stun you, then do there 100 mag hold which last for less than a second, so after your toggles drop the stun kicks in... the stun lasts for like 10 seconds
