  1. Thanks for the link, i was not aware of that rule. That is probably it!
  2. I'm not building for regen. Ths is a demonstration of a problem in my complete build where Mids isn't reporting the regen going up anymore.

I was asking if that is a bug in the tool or if for some reason a warshade can't get that much regen from enhancements, or something weird like that.

Don't worry my warshade isn't running around with 30 unassigned slots
  3. Could anyone help me understand why I can't seem to get over 340% regen in this warshade build? (ie, try to complete the slotting I started for Shadow Blast and Black Dwarf Drain and notice that the totals window does not change the Regeneration value)

I've been researching and the only upper limit I can find is 2000% regen which this is no where near close to (http://cityofheroes.wikia.com/wiki/Limits)

anyone have any ideas? just a bug in Mids?

  4. [reposting this because that is apparently what the forum moderator "Moderator13" wants]

I just resubscribed to the game 2 days ago after being inactive since pre I19. The game freezes EVERY time i talk to a contact - making it impossible to play. Will i renew for next month? Not at this rate..

Yes i've seen numerous threads already on the subject, but they all seem to be from I19 timeframe and none had a clear solution other than rollback drivers and hope for the best. I am currently using the latest & greatest Nvidia drivers and I don't want to roll back to drivers from 2010 when it is almost 2012.

Anyway this is the same PC i was using preI19. Just to be sure I reduced graphics quality to absolute minimum and it makes no difference, still freezes.

Yes my sound drivers are old, but I dont see how that could be relevant to opening an ingame window.

  5. bumping because it's still not fixed. I stopped playing the game because of this bug mid last year. It's still here and still making the game unplayable. I will stop renewing after this and just use free trial accounts to test if the game has been fixed. Maybe a couple more years and they'll figure out how to fix it?!?

  7. 6 months later...

Yeah i read the thread and i doubt we'll ever get this, but to answer the OP, I do own a 3 monitor gaming machine and would love to see true support for something like 4800x900 resolution. So +1 vote for adding this in asap.
  8. This bug isn't in the list:

Warshade Unchain Essence tries to autotarget a live enemy instead of a dead one. It should autotarget nearest dead enemy the same way Dark Extraction works.
  9. Sorry but... Hero/Villain co-op zone is lame. Total copout for content sake.

What about my villain who also is hell bent on the destruction and/or conquering the planet?
