    Making A Tanker

    I called him Genovese. Genovese comes from the Genovese Syndrome or Bystander Effect. Except my Tanker is no bystander. The name Genovese isn't his real name, it is merely a reminder, so that no one forgets, to not standby and do nothing, to do something may stir others into also doing something even if it is phone the police, to distract may buy a victim enough time or cause an assailant to run.

    When making Genovese I had no idea Rorschach of the Watchmen Comic began fighting crime after reading about Kitty Genovese in the Newspaper. Sharing a similar origin with Rorschach without knowing is kind of cool.

    I first made him a WP/Mace, basically a guy with a pipe wrench. He's basically meant to represent a would be, natural hero, picking up what is available to him as a weapon to aid someone in need. His travel power should be riding a Motorcycle swinging the wrench ideally. Due to my Scrappers I didn't level him far which is a good thing because along came shields with the manhole cover which is again, improvising with what is available to him, so now it's re-roll Manhole Cover/Pipe Wrench.

    If you have recently done an old mission and noticed kb, it is likely from the npc levels being a bit low rather than some npcs having protection to kb and some not. KB at 0.67 should look like KD against the right levels.

    Ouch, forget that. Sometimes you might have to ask for a couple of insps to help in the first minute of getting a dynamic going then after that it's fine. The first few moments of getting a dynamic to work are simply just the most critical. Building a team to spec helps get things done in a preferable way, not having a team to spec doesn't necessarily make things impossible, it just makes things much more down to knowledge, skill and timing. Also it could help if you and others have some understanding of threat.

    Shield/Dark/Pyre

    Okay I would make one change. One change because I believe that only you can come close to what you want. Use the second build but take the Taunt IO in the aura and make it either a dam end slot in fire blast or an end slot in Tough. You decide I guess. AAO is an aura which won't be noticeably any better from a taunt duration. The build requires you to taunt or gauntlet.

    "Taunt (AAO and Fire Ball/Shield Charge should be enough)."

    Generally but its not enough for every situation.
