You log into the game, and what's the first thing you see? Your current character. No splash screens, no established canon characters, no storyline distillation. You log in, you see your own character standing in a city. That's what I want to see here, because at the end of the day, that's what it's all about: "Paragon City, where YOU are the hero!"
I really don't see how CO is superior in that respect. -

Obviously they don't as they appear to be the only people anywhere, ever, that have malware spontaneously spring on to their systems due to Steam alone.

Getting this issue with an NVidia 560 TI, which is immensely frustrating as CoX is the only game giving me this error. It's bloody irritating.

It really doesn't bother me. If it was changed it would undoubtedly conflict with my character in another way and be the exact same issue, dressed up differently. I know they can't accomodate everyone so don't get irritated about it.

Excellent, thanks - I'll tweak the pages as needed. Due to a rather convoluted set of events I lost my primary COX account, and figured I may as well go with a clean break on this.
