I have two emp build in mind - strictly pvp - I hear that i19 will include fitness so i built one without and a slightly cheaper build and no fitness as well as a full on pvp io omg that costs a lot build with fitness. Both get me to 1400 ish hp before accolades - any advice?

Most of the time I will leave pill boxers alone - unless it is busy and they get collateral dmg from a team call. I mean it's not really fun to fight someone who has not interest in fighting back. Unless they nerd rage then I will keep killing..er arresting.
