new back to pvp ill emp build advice
if you got the money for #2 then go for it. I hear i19 is close to open beta so it maybe in a month it will go live - they should give a freespec out so it would not be to hard to rework #2 -
#1 is very good too but low on recharge - although not a huge problem if you are looking at teaming or doing team arena.
Come i19 this is what my test build will probably be like for my Ill/Emp (Not that anything happens there anymore)

nice! but I can't take the third power in a pool
TP isn't really needed the only reason I have it is because of the arena temps being broken and having no way to TP out of some situations (TA'ed into pools on Atlas or Dumpsters in Outbreak)
hmm yah with fitness being inherant you can use the medicine pool too to boost either your hp, range+recharge - either way libs is good, yours are pretty good - anything with close to caped hp and 50-70% recharge

I have two emp build in mind - strictly pvp - I hear that i19 will include fitness so i built one without and a slightly cheaper build and no fitness as well as a full on pvp io omg that costs a lot build with fitness. Both get me to 1400 ish hp before accolades - any advice?
