When 'unexpected' emergency maintenance becomes routine it is time for someone to start thinking ahead.

Ah, back from work 9 1/2 hours after server downtime started to find that completely expectedly...the game will still not load. When complications happen so regularly why are we not informed that the downtime will take a lot longer?

No, this doesn't happen a lot. Only when something big is being sorted out - like now...

It would not be so bad if there was some kind of prior notice given - possibly in the launcher - for those of us who don't use the forums much. I had no idea there would be 6 hours downtime until 5 mins ago and feel that a lot of my day has been wasted.

I'm very unhappy about the whole thing. Sure i want the badge but i would also like to participate - unfortunately i'm working during the event and i can't find any solid information about alternatives or other options. It is all quite confusing and frustrating.

I've tried about a dozen times to get into both trials and i always get the 'Lost Connection to Mapserver' message before being sent back to the login screen. Most frustrating.

This has probably been asked before but I can't find much reference to it. Is it possible for me to get my hero/vigilante to travel to Praetoria the way I can get to the Rogue Isles?

Really liking the new release, it mostly seems great and all. But I usually play quite late at night due to work, could we please, please have have some way of getting Incarnate drops for solo players (cause it's late). None of the TF's can be done solo and wading through hordes of 50+ rikti for hours seems like a real drag.

I enjoy teaming when I can but it would be great if there was an alternative for those of us who aren't around at good times for joining groups.

Despite that, still love the game. Keep up the good work!
