Here's my build I want to use. I tried to get perma PA without breaking the bank. Have only worked him up to lvl32 hope to get a few more levels this week. Still not sure about the end drain on the build.Any ideas tweaks thoughts. Thx for taking a look.

Took your advice and went with the melee def. route. I have been running a lot of samurai missons. (Ticket farming to help pay for my ill/rad with his high price build.). I do like to use burn and quicksand. Its works well. Please tell me what you think... I'm I on the right track?

Here is my current updates to my build. I do have a few concerns, mainly about end cost. It seems to be a bit heavy on the end cost.
I have ToD in GFS and Erads in FSC. has any of you used these items with the the fire tanker? . I know some fire tankers don't like burn but it work decent on AV's. I used it on Winter Lord and Guardians. If your in a group with good lockdowns it helps with the clean up and bosses. Any thoughts, ideas, changes, tweaks.... Thanks again

Thanks ...theses tweaks made quite a bit of difference. When I what to upgrade, would you recommend putting more damage into the ice mastery set (Purple etc. so I could solo AV's in the future? Or going to a whole different set, maybe fire mastery. Again thx for all the help. I 'll quit picking you brain for awhile.. I just see so much potential with the controllers, they are such a different way to play this game. My tanks just beat on things and hope they outlast their opponent. dwhead

This is my latest updated build. Used your suggestions and made a few more tweaks. This is a moderate cost build. I used Local Man's only 5 rules which makes understanding builds process alot easier. Got the recovery rate to 106+ without using to many costly sets or purples. These should work for perma PA or close until I can afford the purples. Any input would, tweaks or ideas always welcome. Again thx for all the info.

After shelving my mind/rad for awhile,I'm going to give this built a try.This is my built for my ill/rad. I tried to keep the cost down and still make it perma Pa, AM and hasten. I mainly solo or group with my wife who usually plays her scrapper or defender. Also my wife and I where playing around with the item of playing two controllers together she being a plant/kin and I with this build. Any input,suggestion,ideas?

Heres my updated build... took your guys advice...should have enough knockback and end/reg . Had to use converse energy from the energy mastery pool along with personal perfection to get the eng/reg and reg itself to get respectable numbers. Seems it be balanced and no purples were used. Still costly but, doable. When my wife and I team she has such a variety of toons, its seems best to drop the burn and go in a different direction. thx again for the advice.

Heres my 1st attempt to build a fire/fire tank. I wanted to use the quicksand and burn method. I was trying to get 2 burns for 1 quicksand use. Hi...do fire/fire tanks still make a decent tank? I had an old old school tank in the early days of the game,before the nerfed burn and alot of the the powers.(what a killing machine) I've been playing with fire/fire builds with mixed results. My wife and I do team together and I do like to solo missions
Any ideas on builds for these tanks. You just can't BBQ the ******* like you use to do.
