Thank you claws, it gives me a direction to go in, but I'm still thinking about how much to slot my normal defensive powers to help me with my health and what pool powers could help me as well...

OK, So I got my scrapper to 50th level and alpha slotted. I'm going to respec, but I'm not sure which powers would be most beneficial to me and what IO sets to slot. I just need some ideas. I hit 50 and doing well with End, but unlike when I was lower levels, I seem to get hit mor often and i have a hard time keeping my health bar up and not dying often. Any input would be appreciated! Thank you

I'm looking at making a Broad Sword\Shield Character, but like the title says, I'm trying to figure out which I might enjoy better and the differences of a BS/Shield Brute or Scrapper. Any suggestions and reasons behind the suggestions are welcome!

I already have a \dark blaster so I want to try something different. Just not sure which is better overall for fire primary, a blaster or corruptor and if a fire secondary is a good match or something like traps or devices. I'm looking to do a halloween tech villian, someone who dresses in halloween type costumes and goes out to wreck mayham.

Well the latter sounds better of course, to have all that and kill stuff really fast is always good!

Don't know if it would fit the theme of the character, but I am open to hear anything before making a final decision

I'm looking to make a Fire\? blaster or Fire\? corruptor. I'm trying to decide which would be better for PVE both solo and team. I'm doing a halloween theme character so I was looking at a few secondaries depending on if I do blaster or corruptor. some secondaries I'm looking at is fire or devices on the blaster side and traps or radiation on the corruptor side. Open to any ideas though. Thank you!

OK, I was interested in playing a Kinetic Melee(KM)\? scrapper, but there doesn't seem to be alot of love for KM. So that makes me wonder why the lack of love? Also is MA a better primary? Nad what's the best secondary for either?

I recently had a character hit Level 50 and I'm trying to learn about IO's and slotting them. The character is a level 50 Katana\WP. I'm not sure what to slot and how the universal componants of the IO's work. I will be greatful for any explantions on how it all works and suggestions as to what kind to slot and why. Thank you!!!!

OK, SO what are thoughts on a Fire\Fire scrapper versus a Fire\Fire brute. Also what about a Fire\Shield scrapper or a BS\Fire scrapper?

Actually I'm new to the forums, but I've been doing the game for a couple of years. I guess I just want to try something diffrent with a scrapper or brute. I have many QR and WP secondary for scrappers and brutes (at least the few I have) so I want to try something diffrent, but with a fire or BS primary since I don't have those at the moment. I'm just not sure what I want to do with either one and what kind of secondary works well for either of them and which class works best for each primary

Hi Everyone! I need some help in deciding which of the following would be most fun to play and won't be face planted all the time. I'm looking between a scrapper or a brute, possibly one of each. I'm looking at BS and\or fire primary and not sure of what I want for secondary. Just curious what other people thought. No concept in mind at moment other than waht I stated above and that I play mix of solo and team. All PvE though. Please help!

So your thinking Fire\Shield or Fire\Fire? I like the Fire\Shield, but it doesn't fit with the concept, I want something that can stand up on it's 2 hind legs without falling all the time. I like Willpower, but I want to try something different. That's why I thought to se what other people thought

I'm doing a dragon theme character. The character is all PvE and I am looking to be able to solo as well as work with a team. I'm looking for a secondary that can keep me alive if I solo, but them again staying alive is usually the goal in any mission!

OK, I've been wanting to make a Fire primary scrapper, but I'm unsure of what to do as a secondary. I just was looking for some suggestions of a secondary that would compliment a fire primary. Also some input as to how good (or not so good) a fire primary is for a scrapper. Thank you!

OK, that answers that. I thought by going to the "other" side, you were automatically dropped from the SG. There are still alot with the Hero\Vigilante\Rouge\Villian things I don't understand when it comes to the characters and SG\VG interaction that I have been tryong to grasp

I have a character that is a villian that became a hero and joined an SG. However, because I want the Mace Mastery patron power I will have the character become a villian so I can take the mission to get Mace mastery. Afterwards I will become a hero again. When I become a hero again and rejoin the SG, are the prestige points I earned previously reinstated or lost forever?
