Aye, I suspect that the first IOP on the server will pass through a lot of hands in a shoft period of time. And possibly leave a lot of broken bases behind.

This weekend (probably Sunday at 17:00 GMT) we will be running a scavenger hunt in Cap Au Diable. There will be several people standing at various points in the zone. Each person will when you find them and ask in local chat tell you a couple of letters. First person to find me and give me the answer will win a cash prize

To be honest I doubt that it is even posible with 8 folks. You have a small time window to drop all 3 pillars. Though if you guys managed 1 pillar with an eight man team thats a pretty good crack at it. Normally is 3 full teams one on each pillar.

Save up and raid someone else once they get an item of power though

Well certainly on Defiant, there is often some large fights going on each night. Obviously is a lil up and down on numbers, but not unusual to find 20 people in there.

I can definately see a later event coming up then, a hero villain showdown.

Hmm I'll have to start trying to supply the paragon fast food outlets with these mchero smoothies.

Can heroes and villains meet up in an arena? Or just in PvP zones? Although am thinking about a PvP zone event later in the month.

As part of the run up the festive season and the new year. Dagger Boys are going to be sponsoring a series of events, with various prizes.

The first of these is the good ole costume competition. So if you think your spandex is better than everyone elses, come along.

Will be taking place outside the Arena at Port Oakes, at 17:00 GMT on Sunday.

1st Prize - 250,000 infamy
2nd Prize - 100,000 infamy
3rd Prize - 50,000 infamy
Last Place - 10,000 infamy (and the bonus of having it announced you look awful!)

Only reason I would look at stealth, is you can of course keep it running as opposed to invis, which you have to drop to take any action (other than self buffing).

Am finding that thorns is quite good personally, and the def debuff secondary effect it gives is quite nice.

Hack, definately take stealth mate, us squishies get targetted and dropped easily. Even the small stealthing it gives, lets you get away a bit more often, or creep up a bit more often.

From what I have seen (dominator in sirens last night) arctic air, is pretty good in pvp. Although apparently (never tested it myself) psi has some slow animations, which is posibly an issue.

Was fun again last night folks, although had a few things to attend to so couldnt stay for more of the tarmac loving.........

Well if it helps, have to say my mind/thorns dominator, has a far easier/faster time killing stuff than my corruptor did at the same level. The damage seems to be pretty good even on training origin enhancers.
