Did you get any members?... Hopefully a few coalitions at least!... But that's the way you should do it...

You should find people you play with at your logon times. They most likely are already in an established SG (by "established" I just mean one that's been here for awhile and already gone thru ups and downs!...) Make coalitions with these buddies.. then "Alts" start showin up in both SGs...

Sometimes you'll create an entirely different SG together... usually themed somehow...
