Choking Cloud... Mmh, I find it endurance heavy and not very useful. If you have to choose for endurance purposes (very likely you will have to) I'd go for Arctic Air, it's much better imho.

Yeah, that 4 equal enhanc are a mistake, sorry :P, was meant to be 2 endrdx and 2 defs.
Concerning Mu Guardian, I will take the slots from Flash Freeze out and move everything accordingly to find some Recgh for it

I must say that though everybody is talking trash of Frostbite, I found it useful in the first levels to keep enemies still, used together with Block of Ice. However, I can't but believe you if you say that it sucks at higher levels, so I will respec it out

I will re-think my build as soon as I get some free time to do it, and submit it, so to get other feedbacks, but you have been very helpful already pointing out many things I didn't know about the Ice powers. What I can say, however, is that despite having been playing with mines only a few times, I think Dominators are a WONDERFUL AT. Domination ROCKS, pure and simple! -
Great work Rhinoxx! I love creating heroes, too. It'd be great if they'd leave us make up some that actually go in the game as signature heroes... or villains...

I just wanted to say that my supergroup has just started a blog/homepage; the blog will be the place in which I will sometimes post tales and pieces of diaries of my characters.
Despite the fact that I'm italian, I'm willing to make an extra effort to write the blog in english, too, and to translate pieces from the other players in the SG (if not too long). However, please be kind if I make some blatant or just stupid mistake and remember that the tongue of beautiful Albion is not my mother one
I hope you will enjoy the blog, can't really tell how much it will be updated, but I will try to keep it alive as much as possible.

I have watched a MM with Stamina during an upgrade cycle - they still run out of Endurance. All that Stamina really helps with is long-term uses like multiple toggles.
If all you're taking it for is the upgrade cycle, you'd be better served dropping it and taking some new powers!
If you want to keep it in, then I suggest dropping Aid Self until the high 40's. And only take the shield and AoE immob from your Patron.
Solid build then, although as I said I'd play around with levels you take things.

@Canine: what do you suggest I drop to take Dispersion Bubble? I may drop stamina in the end, I took it because I get bored when summoning pets and got to wait for end to recharge before fully equip them, but I might use end red slots to work around this... -

Thanks Torch, you're giving me a big, big hand here. I'll try to sort out the slots the way you suggested
Just one question. Do you find the need for ENDRED slots to be so prominent even with 3-slotted stamina? I'm asking since at level 26 this doesn't seem the case (I basically never run out of endurance), but from your suggestions I suspect that things can change at higher levels, is this the case?

I was uncertain as well as to when to take stamina, I think I'll move it to lev. 22 and take proton volley on 24 when I respec. I'll keep Mutation to 20 though, because I basically use my Rad/Rad only in Task Forces with my SG, and since these TF are always against lots of purples (I prefer to have a non-interruptible rez power that is so much better than a wakie, like Mutation actually is.
Advice on slots is REALLY appreciated, if you have more comments, well... Bring it on -

Man, this is disappointing.
I didn't want to use the coldfront editor because it requires a MS environment to function... But it looks like all other planners out there simply do not work. I'll have to surrender to MS, it seems.
The nofuture one would be cool... but it doesn't have the concealment pool (forgot somewhere?) and doesn't let you place slots at the moment.
BTW I felt it was strange that it was letting me take phase shift after just grant invis, but given my horrible memory I just assumed that I was wrong... while I see that was the builder.
I'll re-work it and re-post it as soon as I can. thanks for pointing it out though.
Concerning Endurance: remember that Vigilance only kicks in when your team is in danger (low on health) as far as I can remember. I don't see it as a very useful power for Rads, rads are not healers... But I may very well be wrong. I don't have time to make precise calculations, I am speaking out of firsthand impressions. -

I'd be glad if someone could share his thought and what's right and what's not in your opinion, since I neve played after 26th level so I don't have a precise idea of powers selectable after that (I checked out the guides on the forums, and that's all).
Please mind that some choices are for concept: primarily, the Concealment pool, but also the Epic one. And while I wouldn't take concealment out, I am more than willing to accept ideas on the Epic. I'd like to keep the Psy Mastery pool, but if you think that it REALLY sucks, I might change it with Body Mastery...
