I'm level 37 atm, not got stamina yet , so yeah you can get away without it until 24, I will be getting it at 28, as i've just tried it on my other stalker and it makes a hell of a difference, i very seldom run out of health, and rarely use greens, but my end does slow me down somewhat.

But if your going down the regen path then stamina does make sense, i always run out of end way before health

Yeah 3 slots for heals, it can be a bit end heavy, am lvl 37 atm and dont have stamina, but so far i've found it better to slot endred's on my attacks mainly, end gets pretty low after about 6-8 minions on relentless and has pretty much recovered by the time i hit the next mob, probably use rest maybe twice in a mish so not too bad, but my health bar says pretty much full unless i'm in a group of around 5 nasties or fighting bosses.

Takes around 14 mins to solo a warburg mish, and thats with claws.

Claws are probably the weakest primary power for a stalker, but then they do look cool and are worth taking due to focus, I have a lvl 36 claws/regen i use for pve and he can solo ok at relentless, but i'd say the most powerful build for pve is gonna be EM/Regen, EM is scary for damage on a stalker, you can 1 hit kill from hide at level 2.

By the way rumour has it that claws will be getting some love in I7, so hopefully we'll get a boost on its damage output.

For PvP then basically 2 choices, EM/EA or Spines/SR, i've not tried Spines/SR yet, but EM/EA is pretty sweet, i've only taken entropy shield atm from EA so my defense is crap but then, i dont scrap, but for hit and run's they're good just as long as you take a travel power that you can escape with.

Just made level 29, and half my SO's have gone red seems like a good time to use my respec.

I'm fairly new to the whole pvp thing, but basically he's very squidgy, so wont be useing for scrapping, just hit and run's. Build may seem a little wierd but have gone for both tp and combat jumping as neither are supressed in pvp.

This is gonna be mainly for pvp, but with the ability of being able to level ok on relentless solo mish's

Not sure on wether to take barrage over kinetic shield, they're both pretty weak, but my objective will be to get in and out as quick as possible, and this combination gives me a mini super jump (am only lvl 29 atm)and a nice range on tp, with neither of them being supressed..

not sure about SJ in there either, am also considering invisibilty.
