Your basic premise is that people wearing clothes of the opposite sex is inherently "mature" and related to "sexual themes" (as in related somehow to intercourse or adult relationships).

It is not. I wore a dress while pledging in a fraternity, and trust me, it was the least sexy thing ever seen. It also had nothing to do with "mature" themes or intercourse.

Adults wearing the clothing of the opposite sex is not inherently sexual. It's not the action, it's the CONTEXT.
